Can you take a couple of pictures of your set up?I have the AmFib style snorkel. I didn't get the brand name version and it did not come with a drain tube and valve for the air box. So what I did, based on my boating knowledge from living in FL for 26, was to seal up the holes with RTV and XMas tree plugs. Then, instead of doing a drain plug with tube and valve to open and close, I used a floating ball scupper drain on the lowest point. So, haven't done any deep water crossing yet, but if the water level were to rise to the bottom of the air box, the ball will float up and seal the box. I figured this was the best solution, as most of the time it will allow water to drain out (if any ingested from rain or say a careless car wash session).
