No, I have heard nothing from dealer or JEEP in weeks. Still have issue. My drealer said they checked for broken seals and there were none. Keep in mind, they replicated same noise on 3 different gladiators. I'll try to call tomorrow for an update.
I am experiencing the same issue. Very frustrating not being able to speak on the phone while driving. Any update or solution?

I just took delivery of my new Gladiator and drove from North Carolina to Miami FL and on the 13+ hours trip I made several calls and all complain that of a loud noice like if I had the top off.

I started searching if there was a hack or a fixed until I found that I am not alone. That many has been with issues for several months. I use my vehicle for business and I need a clear conversation. @JeepCares

Looks like both of us will be typical SOFLO tool box driving with air pods in our ears. At least Apple's $150 headphones have noise canceling on the mic. This really is pathetic on a car the cost over $25k in 2019. I bet a Kia has it...

I have experimented further with many conversations with my brother. We talk Jeeps a lot and he has been on the other end of countless ā€˜12 JK and JT Bluetooth calls from my iPhone 8+. Based on his feedback I am convinced mine is due to wind noise.
He doesnā€™t hear it on all calls, but it is speed sensitive when he does. Same roads, same tires, the noise may be there or not. The noise can come or go with a 90 degree turn with road surface and speed being the same. The noise always dies out as I slow down or stop.
I have the hard top.

Mine sure seems to be wind related and is affected by highway speed combined with the general weatherā€™s wind speed and direction which can increase or decrease the noise.

Mine has it badly.

Sounds exactly like a window is down at road speed.

I'm going to wait until there is a know fix before I take it to Skip and Gomer who were disinterested in correcting the mirror sail wind noise.

I'll look at it and see about some kind of noise dampening insulation around the mic.

I'm betting it is either wind noise from the windshield frame or mic calibration on the Chinamans parts, likely the later of the two.

ETA : I will however report the issue when I take it in for service since it sounds like FCA doesn't think there is a problem.

Hi Slickxp, e36racer and bgenlvtex,
As mentioned to your fellow forum members, when you have the opportunity to have your dealers look into this, please loop us in via private message. We'd be happy to connect you with a Case Specialist to ensure this is documented as well as work alongside your dealer towards a resolution.

I may have missed the nuance of the conversation, but could this be related to a bleed over effect into the BlueTooth channel from the Active Noise Cancellation feature? Mentioning speed as a relative factor, but pushing "noise" through a channel (which by electronic standards is just another port) could be something that the radio is screwing up. I expect that the Noise Cancellation feature of the radio is also speed related and sends "white or pink noise" which sounds like wind on a phone through the right rear channel with maybe glitch into the bluetooth channel too.?!?

My hands free phone calls are pointless too. Everyone I try and talk to says it sounds loud and windy with the windows up and hardtop on. I hate getting a call in my Gladiator knowing that if itā€™s important I have to pic up my phone and hold it to my ear and turn off handsfree. Seems like a safety issue and definitely should be fixed by Jeep especially if itā€™s something we paid for and isnā€™t working. I guess Iā€™ll add it to the list with the steering. The last thing I wanted was to spend more time at a dealership....
@jeep cares... is this getting addressed? Other than us having to make an appointment only to have the dealer not know what the fix is?

I'm scheduling an appointment for this month to talk about this. My dealership gave me no issues with the steering TSB. So I'm going to request to test drive a couple Gladiators to connect my phone to and see if it has the same issues.

2020 Sport Max Tow with 8.4 screen - also have this wind noise. I have to scream as close to the mic in order for people to hear me over the noise. hardtop ON, A/C OFF, windows UP.

Prior to this Gladiator i had a 2014 Jeep JKU - no wind noise.
