The Jeep release of the Brazil spec Gladiator is somewhat interesting. It appears to be more or less a Rubicon top to bottom, but for some reason it comes with Max Tow fenders and Willys wheels. I wonder why?

For whatever reason, it certainly has a seemingly nice stance. You dig?

I'd like the front fenders with the LED package, thus matching my rear fenders.

Other countries have weird laws about how much fenders need to cover the wheels I believe Aussie bound Jeeps are just like that. Or may be Jeep sets up all Jeeps for export the same way.

They sold out the initial batch of 322 Gladiator Rubicons in only 3 hours with a suggested price of R$ 499,990 (USD-$96,782.79)
You wouldn't believe how much wranglers go for overseas - gladiators demand a higher premium (where they are sold overseas). They are considered luxury cars/toys for the rich and highly coveted - most of that could just be export tariffs.

Yep, Aussie Gladiators and Wranglers have the max tow fenders, different export hood, fender/bumper gap inserts and even recovery hook covers. All in the name of pedestrian safety. Available trim levels as either loaded or FULLY LOADED. ? At least the Rubicons come with the steel bumper, but only get 32” tires. Here’s my 2020 Rubicon when I first saw it on the lot:

It‘s a bit different now. We are pretty restricted over here as to how much we can lift 4wds and increase tire size. Max legal increase is 2” lift and 2” increase in tire size in most states. The set up I have now (pic below) is pretty much maxed out before I’d be over the limits and basically void my insurance (approx 2” lift with 305/70r17 (34”) tires). Though I do have 37s I run on the harder trails (last pic). :rock:

Those are the USA spec max tow fender lips? I really like those and would add them to my Mojave. Also like the export mirrors with side marker lights.

@Ozian - Nice Rig.

To be honest I dig the export Rubicon hood. I think Jeep should use that on a U.S. model - maybe the Max Tow (if they made it its own trim level, which I think they should do). Its already at the factory in Toledo...
