10-4! This will be a great solution for you!

Yep, that's been part of the plan all along! WIll be a 'separate' product, so that you can choose to buy/use or not as needed!

I think that'd a killer setup! THe Leitner stuff is great.

:like:

Sounds good! Yes, drilling sucks. I WILL NOT make a rack that requires drilling.

Noted!

Awesome! Thank you!

Awesome! I'm currently wrapping up what I hope is the final revision. I had a few internal struggles regarding occupying space on the rail vs. not and have been running FEA as well as real-world testing to make sure heavy loads stay in place and don't put the panel anywhere near stress failure. The way the Raptor guys beat the shit out of these things has provided a lot of insight into what areas are vulnerable depending on what's mounted to the panels. I'll save the goods for final release, but I think you'll all be very happy with the final product and our thorough design process!

As far as timing, I'll be sending a PM to those on the list with some additional details this week.

Lastly, a quick note to let you all know how sincerely grateful I am for your support and input! You've already made a huge impact in what the final product will look like and how it will work and install. It's been really helpful to hear in this thread, in others and through PMs how you see yourself using this product. I'll be showing my appreciation with a healthy discount and a special gift (TBD).

Cheers!
Matt

Add me to the list!

Already purchased the front panel and would like to get 2 side panels to complete the set up.

Are you going to be at the overland expo showing off your rack?

when are these planned to ship again? Also when are you planning to do a group buy for the anodized bed outlet cover, and when would that ship?

Want Gladys to look all fancy for Jeep Camp October 11-13th!

no, not the silver thing, the red embroidered thing.

That silver thing is my toothpick holder.

Please add me to the list, although I am a diesel hold-out. A few comments from reading the thread:

1. I am waiting to see the picture, but not having a cutout for the OEM LED light seems like a problem to me. Not sure if it is a deal killer until I what it looks like.

2. I don’t want to start another plywood thread, but all kidding aside, most of us have to carry a sheet from time to time, so I hope that if I take the gear off the rack there will be enough width between the racks to slide in a sheet. Not worried about having to fashion a special cross-piece to support a sheet if need be.

3. I know you have your hands full bringing the product to market, but I am eager to see it go up on your website with lots of pictures.

I have been watching this thread and I am also very interested. I am taken back a bit by the LED being blocked, so my main interest is the panel that goes against the cab.

I was wondering the same thing. Inside bedrail to inside bedrail is 56". So as long as they don't stick out 4" each we should be good.

I'll snap nighttime photos for you. Light doesn't go straight out only from the light, so having a cutout, it would need to be like 4"x4"......im guessing.

We shall see.
