I hadn't installed the fillers yet as I didn't have the hinges. I still need to get a few black bolts.

Love the look and quality of the Clayton systems... its a match up between Clayton and Metalcloak for me right now.

I was originally going with Clayton but they quoted me nearly 3x the shipping cost which is odd seeing as I'm in Toronto and they're an 8 hour drive from me, whereas Metalcloak is the other side of the country.
Since we just ran a sale with free shipping for the U.S., I would be happy to offer you half-off shipping to Canada if that helps! Just give us a call and ask for James :)

Damnit, why do all the vendors have to be so nice. Making it hard to decide 😂 I'm about a month out from ordering a full suspension, but once I'm ready I'll give you a call and see what we can do!

Haha thanks  I've been in and out of the office since my wife and I just had a baby, so if you have a hard time getting a hold of me just shoot me a PM and I can give you call :)

I went back and forth between Clayton and Metalcloak. They are both great companies and both very willing to help a person out. About eight months ago I finally went with Clayton's Overland Plus and couldn't be happier

Super happy with the new Clayton 2.5" Overland + setup. The lift yeilded a little over 3.5" up front, and around 3" in the rear. I'm sure it will settle down a bit over time. With the new 35's that needed me around 4.5 and 4.0 overall. Happy camper.....

Okay.... So, I need to order a suspension as I have replaced my 2016 JKUR (still need to sell it, lol) with a 2023 JT Diesel. I have swapped my new 37 Nittos (beadlocked) from my 2016 to my JT and get a little rubbing. So, I am on the fence if I should go for the 2.5" or 3.5 lift and how much extra maintenance/work is it to use the Premium kit over the overland.

So, with 37 Nittos would 3.5 be better than 2.5"??

Also, any good sales for Clayton going on for Memorial Day??

This looks fantastic! That is the exact amount of lift to be expected, especially right after install, as most lifts including ours are about .5" over advertised height to take some settling into account, as well as accessories, and then we remove a little bit of the factory rake up front for a more aggressive stance, so you'll measure a little more net-gain there!.

Congrats on the new Jeep! If it's a Rubicon model the 2.5" would be perfect, non-Rubicon models you would want to go with the 3.5" system, unless you plan on swapping to after-market or Rubicon style fenders!

There will be a Memorial Day Sale, probably will post either tomorrow or Thursday on here so keep an eye out!

On my Mojave, I have 2" spacer, shock extensions and geometry brackets. I'm ready to move up to the Clayton 2.5". Would my Fox shocks with extensions be OK or should I plan on replacing those as well?

did you add a 0.5" spacer upfront or is this the rake with the 2.5" kit?

No additional spacer yet. May do that in the future. I'll wait until everything settles in a bit.

Yeah it is the Rubicon in diesel...

So does the Military discount combine at all with what's coming for memorial day??

Also, I keep thinking going with the Premium but wondering if I go Overland then decide to switch the joints to the Johnny's how much will the new joints cost compared with just doing Premium from the start??

If I decided to mix and match... IE some arms with Premium and some overland would that create an odd ride and is there arms that would benefit more from such a hybrid setup??
