@TigerInFL I ended up ordering the siless 200mil 3 in 1 so it’s good to know I won’t have any problems with it fitting under the liner. Thanks for the info!

Really liking the spray adhesive approach I'll follow up when I get it done myself. In the mean time I figured I'd post some images of the color options from CoverKing since that's something I hadn't seen on here before and it seems like Real Truck has all the options available. For reference I've got a 2020 JT with the tan leather interior. Figured I'd post them next to that and the stock floor carpets. The black is a perfect match with the stock carpets and the tan is the closest match to the leather in my opinion. The beige is the next closest match but the Taupe seems to be pretty far off. That being said, if you have the desert kakhi ArmorLite floors, they match the Taupe spot on.

We've enjoyed our liner for well over a year now with zero failure points etc. I keep deadener around for anything noisy. From our son's little 10G fresh water fish tank filter housing to every single appliance we own. $5 worth of deadener will make a $300 dishwasher quieter than most high-end dishwashers especially if you layer closed cell PE foam deadener with the aluminum backed rubber butyl.

Here is our GE dishwasher. This unit was just shy of $400 on sale. With the deadener, it is as quiet as a high-end $1,500+ prosumer unit. This same treatment works wonders on washers, dryers and fridge & freezer combos. I save all of my scraps for this kind of stuff.

You get around to trying this material yet? I’m about the pull the trigger…

Kudos to the quality write-ups and tips in this thread. Installed the panels so far with Kilmat and black headliner. Have to wait for better weather before I tackle the rear section.

The finished look of this is really what Jeep should have done from the factory.

One panel comparison

The bolt on the front clamps are TIGHT holy crap. Alredy stripped a bolt. That doesn’t make me feel very good, probably gonna return the coverking. Ok probably not just wanted to complain. Sheesh!

I think I found everything still in the box??? But what are these pieces of shrapnel that were on the ends of the weatherstripping?

That rigid u-shaped trim piece has those metal clips inside of it to hold it's shape. Hopefully those little pieces are just from the factory cut ends of the trim.

They are leftovers from clipping the stripping, when you cut it down (which you’ll do as part of the install, I used tin snips) you’ll also generate a few pieces of shrapnel.

that makes sense, thanks guys, I was worried it was something else given the shitty condition of the shipment box
