Hello all: Only 11K miles on my 2020 Rubicon and unfortunately have a cracked headlight. I have some issues with my eyes, so I ordered it with the halogen lights and was loving it. With all the options on replacing headlights out there, was thinking of maybe switching it up with something non-OEM, but don't want to sacrifice the brightness of the OEM lights. Any suggestions? I doubt just the plastic that is cracked can be replaced? Thanks in advance for the advice!

You mean LED, not halogen. Id try to find some clear dry plastic glue, sparingly and run it till it breaks unless you attempt warranty route which I doubt will fly. Your bet after those is to just buy the replacement from factory if you don't go aftermarket led.

With the OEM LED headlamps, you're approaching $500, per side. Not too far off from an aftermarket LED set at that point.

But why would you want to go aftermarket when the OEM is so great.

To the OP. That sucks man. I’d be pissed. Actually, I’d be sad. I love my headlights.

Agreed. I’d recommend replacing it with mopar oem LED. They work so very well.

If it is still working, I would try some gel superglue to fill in the cracks and chips, and then run it until it quits.

I’d get a windshield repair kit and inject the fluid in the cracks. Granted I’d do it more generally than in the windshield, but it’s worth a try.

Thanks all, as someone stated above, yes, have the LED lights, my bad. Appreciate all the guidance, I'll try it under warranty but figure that will be a long shot. Thanks again.

Not to be a Debbie downer…but I would be extremely surprised if warrantee touched this. It wasn’t a faulty product. It was an unfortunate impact with an object. A vehicle manufacturers warranty doesn’t cover a broken windshield when a rock or other debris jumps up and impacts the windshield.

It would be an insurance claim, not a warranty claim.

Warranty won't cover it for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, a rock chip as expensive as a windshield. ?

Replace it with OEM Mopar LED. They are fantastic.

Oracle is not the best choice.
