I suppose I should disclaimer my behavior as I broke a molar, spent 2.5 hours in a dentist chair to sedate a exposed nerve and am enjoying my pain meds with a beer...

buy the stock rubi setup off a guy that is upgrading to the 2" moparHow does one obtain a JT shock set up off a rubi to effect this swap?
what? I'm not driving...
Of course they can be purchased through normal dealer and other online MOPAR parts houses. The reality is that if you can wait, there is usually like new Rubicon take offs to be had for cheaper for sale than buying new OEM.Can we purchase Rubicon springs from Jeep/Mopar? That may be a cheaper option to lift a Sport S with Max Tow since the springs will not sag as much being thicker/beefier. Then add a 1.5" - 2" spacer lift. If not satisfied. IDK, just thinking out loud.
So just for clarification if I get the rubi coil springs and fox shocks, I would not need anything else different to install such as the bump stops, sway bar links etc?Hello,
New to the site but wanted to share this,
I just installed the stock suspension off of a 2020 gladiator rubicon to a gladiator sport S.
The springs are not longer but are much thicker. I believe this limited the amount of sag in the springs?? I did gain a good inch of lift.
The front lower control are are exactly the same size/length as the sport s.
but which spring code is for rubicon? There's like 50 springs in that link.Found the front and rear Rubicon springs.

Can any of you Rubicon owners provide the 3 letter code for your springs? My google foo is failing me.
i too wanna know.So just for clarification if I get the rubi coil springs and fox shocks, I would not need anything else different to install such as the bump stops, sway bar links etc?
And second, how would you describe the ride/ drive difference from your original sport s feel? Thank you!!! I also have a sports and can grab shocks/springs only from a rubi... just wanna make sure m making the right decision. Thanks for your input!
Which is why I'm asking for JT Rubicon owners to chime in on what their spring codes are.but which spring code is for rubicon? There's like 50 springs in that link.
Also this says springs starting at like $97 EACH. Then add in cost of 4 shocks, and you're well over the going rate of $500-$800 for a take off Rubicon suspension.
Plus, you don't get the end table.....or crate, right @JP1 ?
I think they should either buy a 2" Mopar upgrade kit, or buy a rubicon take off.Which is why I'm asking for JT Rubicon owners to chime in on what their spring codes are.
Additionally, easy to say - "just wait for JT Rubicon takeoffs..." but the reality is, not much out there near me nor are there any in the classifieds willing to ship.
The beauty is that there are options out there and it is good to get that info out to the masses for them to decide on what to do.
Correct, the sway bar links and front lower control arm are exactly the same size as the sport s with the tow package. So just for clarification if I get the rubi coil springs and fox shocks, I would not need anything else different to install such as the bump stops, sway bar links etc?

with the cheaper tow package, or with the MAX TOW package?Correct, the sway bar links and front lower control arm are exactly the same size as the sport s with the tow package.
