One addition to washing after the beach, I park over a lawn sprinkler and let it flush the undercarriage with low pressure water. I have done this for years and it works wonders on the undercarriage.

I had my volume off but that was crazy.
I don't think there was any. But it's okay, it's a Toyota it'll start right back up and go through anything

Sometimes the recovery winch you need is not the one on your front bumper.

Did you end up deflating and using 4H? Going on the beach in Daytona FL, don't think the sand is anything crazy, looks to be very packed and smooth. I may just toss on 4H for fun and not touch tires. I've got 35s Baja Boss A/T LT315 70R17

I would definitely recommend airing down. Truck handles so much better with the tires aired down.

Different kind of beach: Iā€˜m regularly in loose, deep beach sand. Tire pressure of 20lbs would be a bit high for me, 15lbs is my starting pressure. Thereā€™s a lot of slippage in the loose stuff, so the tires heat up a lot and pressure will rise.

OffRoad+ does work with 4H, disables traction control and increases throttle response and RPMs. Be mindful,, MPG plummets. Disconnect Sway bar for comfort through the ruts.

There are ā€œobstaclesā€ on some beaches, particularly when crossing A ā€œbathingā€ beach. Like holes 3-feet deep left behind by kids. Around here, seals resting in the sand are hard to see. Worst of all, the fire pits hastily covered by kicking some sand over. Once, not in a Jeep, but a 4WD in Mexico - I drove over covered fire pit, tire fell in the hole and popped a charred log through my oil pan. Theyā€™re like booby-traps.
