Artec Industries has some really cool aluminum ones that will fit the JT. I think I will be going that route with mine. I have seen another guy that has installed them and they looked great.

I was on the road in the Canadian Rockies a day after I received my Gladiator and heard flapping/rubbing. I was in the middle of nowhere, and had to use Gorilla tape to put things back into place. It lasted another 900-1000 miles before flapping again, and a large chunk of the liner was dangling that I had to cut off. Got it to the dealership today (weird side note—the parts girls was CRANKY for some reason, and told me they wouldn't warranty it with me talking to my salesperson first... she only booked me in after I insisted multiple times to treat this as any other warrantied service item. I talked to a different sales guy after that, who went and gave her crap right away). I also sent a message to @JeepCares. Hopefully this is resolved quickly. I'm a first time Jeep owner and not super happy with my experience so far (drivers side fender LED running light does not always come on, portable Bluetooth speaker does not work, I've found multiple bolts not fully torqued in—mainly the fasteners on the D rings in the bed... and now the fender liners have self-obliterated... which the dealership made me fight to get looked at).

My fenders liners have not gotten eaten up yet and im leaving for a 2k mile trip. Here is what I did to prevent the fender liner from blowing into the tire at 70 mph. Will see if it works until FCA says they will preemptively replace the fender liners.

Sorry to say that I’m a member of the flimsy fender club. Both of mine have been affected. I was scheduled to take the truck in to have them replaced (with the same JT liners), but first sent this thread to my SA, who shared it with his manager, who spoke with his rep at Jeep, etc, etc. I was told since this is appearing to be a more common problem, hopefully soon there will be a warranty approved fix for this (such as installing the Wrangler liners?). I asked them to just put in the Wrangler liners, but they said they couldn’t yet under warranty, of course I could purchase them and have them installed, but the SA said I shouldn’t do that. He advised me to hold off on doing anything just yet, maybe within a couple of weeks they’ll issue the fix.
As frustrating as it’s been to have a problem, I’m glad I found this thread, and I’m not alone. Hopefully Jeep makes this right in a timely manner.

Back from trip of about 1700 miles from oklahoma and down to south Texas. The plastic rivet with zip tie held perfect. Lots of cross winds, high speed and 99 degree temps and they held. The JTR preformed flawlessly for me. Got average of 17.4 mpg with the factory Falkin MTs. The only issue is my sirius Guardian is no longer locating my JTR, so cant do send n go or remote start from phone.

Do you have details on the plastic rivet and where did you get it? Where did you attach exactly? (Cant see the backside in the pics)
    Thx

I had the push pin rivets around my shop from another project. You could take the pic to any auto supply and get a few for a few bucks. Behind both fender inserts there are a few different places you can run the zip tie around. On the passenger side is a pretty sturdy wiring loom and driver side has all the break lines.

Did you just drill a hole and push it in?

Having the same issues on my new gladiator. Front fender liners are rubbing on the mud terrain tires. Taking to dealer this week.

Yes drill hole, pushed it in then ran the zip tie through the back of the push pin and around the harness or brake lines on driver side. Then push the pin in to secure it.
