Flush mount for gladiator

I put the flush mount lights in about 4 months ago. One stopped working. It was still under warranty. They gave me a new one. Installed now I get a message that blind spot malfunction. Anyone get this message?

The flush mount lights? Which ones are you referring to?

Also, have you double-checked the blind spot sensor installation, including orientation and connection to the truck?

There seems to be only one way to install.

Have you checked the sensors and connectors and verified they're properly installed? The fact that this happened after swapping the light housings tells me something probably didn't go back together correctly.

If nothing is wrong, and you still have a blind spot issue, your next stop is likely the dealer. Only other thing I could suggest is to get a set of factory tail lights and try those, but the sensors aren't changing so I doubt that would do anything. All the lights, Oracle or factory, are doing is holding them in place, nothing more.

Check with factory lights if they work the issues lies in the oracle harness.
