Sir
i installed my taillights on Saturday and followed the process that MCATDT did using the Tazer on Sunday. it did take some time, but i did get the taillights to work for a while. however, the Blindspot Monitoring system went inop and would not come back online. I reinstalled the original equipment to make sure no problems and everything worked fine. i want to say that i do like the lights and i will be patience about how we can make this work. if you need a victim jeep let me know and i am here to help. I will be standing by for updates.

So let me reply to this while sober.

I have dealt with this on the Supercharger side as I offer tuning for Magnuson equipped JTs. The problem is Jeep is not just changing little things between operating systems. Jeep to Jeep there are significant changes. Things like throttle operation, Light sequencing and diagnostic levels, etc. I am glad companies like Oracle exist cause I sure do not have the resources to tool up for casting and gather lighting suppliers. This truly is extenuating circumstances. Who would believe there are so many lighting variants on a single vehicle. Jeep truly made this a one sie fits all. The only problem is they forgot their clientel hang their hat on being able to jack with this cht.
I just learned this last week when I had them do the brake controller TSB. Being an IT guy I was like don't you just update the JT to the next version or something, nope. They needed the exact number to only flash just that component. Such a strange process to me.

Meanwhile I unmarried my tazer and drove probably 70+ miles that day. I got 2 turn signal warnings, way into my drive, everthing else working fine with no resister in place. These issues really are all over the place due to this strangeness.

Installed mine this weekend. Also replaced headlights with DV8 knock offs and Oracle fender LED's. Had factory halogens (obviously). So far no issues, love them!

Are you also swapping the Blind Spot Sensors from your factory tails to the ORACLE tails per our instruction video?

After seeing these comparisons, I actually think the OEM ones look better. The style, size & shape fit the truck better.
The OEM taillight is iconic to the JEEP. I couldn't agree more. :rock:

@ORACLElights

I am interested in getting these. However, I do have one question. During the install is it recommended to disconnect the battery prior disconnecting the old lights and installing the new ones?
Just make sure the key is OFF before unplugging. You're not tapping into, or tampering with any bare wire contacts here, so it's not necessary to undo both batteries.

It's definitely thrown us for a loop. We prototyped on our 21 Rubi - LED Equipped, and the first off-tool units were also tested on a halogen Mojave. No issues.

The good news is, we're extremely close to having a "one size fits all" solution for both types (Halogen & LED) which will not require reconfig.

Bare with us everyone!

Smoked the reverse. Between the tail lights and the bumper lights, I figured it was plenty bright enough to give it a try.

Now y’all need to get busy on them racetrack lights! That tailgate blackout accented by racetrack lights meeting up with your flush mount tails would look super bad ass.
