Dunno why people classify a scratched frame as "frame damage". Better things to worry about. Scuff it up and paint it with VHT black epoxy paint.
If people saw how things move along an assembly line (dragged by holes in the frame) or how things get loaded and unloaded on trains and transport truck, they'd expect this and would be amazed to have no scratches.
That isn't damage. Damage is bent and/or impact to functionality.

Frankly, in the pics, I see no damage, just some scratches.

Every brand new Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator I bought come with those scuff marks on the frame. Probably happen when those frames are transported for assembly, or happens on the assembly line or when the finished Jeep is transported.

Some of the holes in frames are for indexing on "jigs" and some are for the line to move them along. Don't ever watch cars and trucks being loaded onto or off of trains and transport trucks.

Do you have Cisco or Juniper manage those routes for you?

Cisco IOS XRs mostly. ASR9910s or the NCS5500s. Work for an ISP. Past experience with Juniper MX series too.

Posting to add cause. These happen when the dealer lift the vehicle on their lift with the swing under arms during the pdi (for new vehicles). Mine was in on a lift recently and it matched right up to the spots. Watching the lift shows how the abrasions occur. Keep some black spray handy as suggested as it will likely happen again.

I see scuffed paint. If it bothers you that much hit it with some spray paint to keep the rust down

Moral of the story for you guys is never put your Jeep on a lift, never jack up your Jeep from the frame, never take it to a mechanic or body shop where they may do the same, and don't let anyone put it on a lift to perform an inspection.

This isn't frame damage...it's a little scuffed paint you can touch up in a few minutes.

Tell the dealer that you want the frame replaced........LOL Then you can have some real problems.

Yeah, never got the "damage" being equated with frame paint/rust annoyance.

I put a piece of carpet on my floor jack when lifting my SX4............. the Jeep? Why? It's a truck.
Sandpaper, rust converter, paint = problem solved.
