I went with a full width steel bumper from Razer Auto. Purchased on Amazon. Something was missing for my fog light installation so I am waiting for Razer to send me an adapter kit. My Gladiator is a Rubicon with factory plastic bumper and LED lights. The bumper is advertised for the JL Wrangler but I took a chance it would fit the JT. I was sort of right. I had to bore out the upper outside holes on the frame bracket (see middle picture) to fit the studs on the Razer bumper. Fortunately, I have a friend in the paint/collision/repair business and had them bore out the holes for me in a minute or two. Razer told me the factory steel skid plate would need to be removed to use this bumper, but mine installed just fine with the skid plate. The hardest part of the process is removing the factory bumper from the truck and getting the wiring harness out of the bumper.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a full width aftermarket bumper for the Gladiator? I was interested in the Westin WJ2 which showed as compatible with the Gladiator on the Quadratec website. I checked directly with Westin who says it is not compatible with Gladiator.

How much...$1,300 +/- based on AEVs current bumpers...and an ARB for a modern SUV is $1,500+...so I’d guess in that range.

Gulp. But basic plate steel ARBs are $1,500+, so AEV is moving up market...

I installed a aeg bumper no real problem, I used the factory led fog lights, wiring harness. I had to disassemble the stock bumper to remove the wiring harness, zip tied up the excess wiring, this came with the high lift Jack mount at a cost of 325.00 the bumper is well built and nicely finshed. I was able to keep the skid plate.

I had this on my JLU Sahara and it fits just fine on my JTR. I had to remove the skid plate to get to the bolts on the stock bumper 'easier' and was able to get the skid plate back on fairly decent. I ordered these from DV8 since I couldn’t get the factory 3 piece. Supposedly it doesn’t need a winch plate so that’s awesome. Now I just need a Jeep to put them on

I’m not a fan of the stainless hardware so I’ll probably be swapping it out for black once I get everything installed.

@Sladecm - How did the install of this bumper go? Pretty close to pulling the trigger on it. Did you swap the stainless hardware? Pics?

I like the Warn ELITE full width bumper. It also allows you to use your stock LED fog lamps. I just don't have a Gladiator to put one on yet :o(
