I got Metal Cloak quick disconnects on my lift. Shouldn’t these links be straight up and down? Passenger side is at such and angle that the bushing is binding and almost squished! Driver side is a less of angle that one I can take off by hand. Passenger side is another story! Has to be beaten off and need to use small pry bar to push it back! Something ain’t right!
Axle is in tolerance drives great, steering great, no real poke on one side to the other?
Anyone have ANY ideas!??? I attempted to adjust the links, no luck, turned up or down and doesn’t allow me to line up with pin? Put it back where it was. With the pinch happening on the lower bushing it’s gonna wear out sooner than later!

Do you have a picture? My links have a bit of an angle to them but I woudn't call it exessive. It's never been an issue for me.

I bought the Teraflex swaybar quick disconnect kit, but I haven't put it on yet. Looks pretty straightforward though, I'll start a thread when I get it done.

How high is the lift. Did you get an adjustable track bar?

Maybe the track bar is too long and pushing the axle toward the passenger side. As long as nothing is bent I'd try and shorten the track bar a little and put some miles on it to try and get the axle centered before swapping anything. I agree with you completely - if that's truly the axle's resting state, new end links will get worn out quick.

Yeah need to shorten your front track bar. You can see the spring going sideways too which tells me the axle is sitting to the right.

edit... Ok so here's the kicker... the instructions show the installation like you have it installed with the peg facing outwards. The website for the part shows it the other way where it would be pointing inward. When I installed mine, I did it as you did and it looked off as the driver side disco was angled inward a little at the bottom. When I flipped the peg, they both match now.

You still need to re-center your axle but you might also need to flip the peg for the disco. I would have it however it matches the other side.

I don't think they're particularly active but maybe @Metalcloak can chime in and say which direction for the disco peg is correct. It shows every which way in their site so I have no idea what's right.
