i don't have a cheap lift or cheap shocks. I wasn't pulling a trailer. I have checked my bump stops. I have had it on a frame rack and frame measures straight. My bed is crooked. I am opening up myself for suggestions and comments.

What is going on there did you buy it like that or did it "get" like that?

Truck was bought new and straight. I have been wheeling several times still straight. Came back from last trip and the bed was bent up. Did some pretty flexy washouts and caught some ledges on the rear lower control arm brackets; nothing crazy... I've seen lots worse and nothing that I haven't done before. The only things in the bed were spare tire in front and tools and fluids in the back.
It has been on a frame rack and is straight. Have had the bed off and I can see no visible signs of deformation at the channels that contact the frame mounting locations.
So I was hoping all the Gladiator Gurus out there would be able to help!

Well, either the frame is bent, the bed is bent, or something is spacing the bed up.

If the gap between the bed and cab is constant it isn't the frame

Like some kind of horror movie, but I cannot look away. Excited to see what the deal is.

Maybe the cab? Have you had body mount bolts out?

Body is lower than the bed, the mounts would have to break or all the body mount cushions would have to fail and fall out simultaneously. Its something to look at, but I bet the bed is bent

all body mount bolts are intact/original. from measurements that i have taken while frame is level from side to side, the back of the cab sit 3/8" lower on the passenger side. one theory is crushed body mounts... but was hoping to see if anyone else had experience or similar issues before embarking down that rabbit hole.

What does the gap around the tailgate and space between the bed and bumper look like, post a pic.

Did you lift it or have it done?
The lift was done by reputable shop and looked at by several..
They are just as perplexed as me.
