Mine is a diesel Rubicon
Nothing, it was completely unsolicited and the odd thing is that per jeep chat mine is supposed to be delivered this week but still shows D1 per their system. They opened up a case to look into these emails.what did youdo to get status update emails from Jeep?
From what I gathered from the JL Forum, it is from the build sheet and is a code for priority to 'sold vehicles' ie ordered jeeps get priority over dealer lot jeeps. So, I noticed a change... When I went into check build status "not found" still there, but it was a link to a build sheet, is that new or did I just miss it before? All the right stuff is listed (yay!), but I noticed this " Special Scheduling Condition VII " Anyone know what that means??
Thanks!
I think so, I had an order in on 6/31 but didn't get entered till 7/1 and was told i needed to place a '21 order...i got an email yesterday too - still nothing on the tracker on page 1 of this thread, but yesterday i received an email that mine is due to deliver to the dealer week of 8/30 - funny thing is i ordered a 2020 gladiator rubicon on 7/1 but the email stated my "2021 gladiator" - i guess once they started 2021 production, everything is now a 2021?

May have received incorrect information? Please elaborate. While I appreciate the email notification are you saying FCA botched the emails? So it is true that there is no way my order is going to be delivered to my dealer within the week even though Jeep chat rep told me this morning it had not yet been built? Why am I not surprised. We understand some of you received an email that may have incorrect information. We are looking into this and will circle back with you soon with an update.

Right .. I even confirmed with Jeep Cares Chat this morning that the date on the email I received was accurate. The rep said ... yes, 9/2 is the estimated delivery date in the system.May have received incorrect information? Please elaborate. Jay usually publishes when 2020 order close date is and 2021 order start date is but I can't find them on the JT side. Some dealers right around the transition time didn't process orders fast enough and got them in on the 2021 side of the window.i got an email yesterday too - still nothing on the tracker on page 1 of this thread, but yesterday i received an email that mine is due to deliver to the dealer week of 8/30 - funny thing is i ordered a 2020 gladiator rubicon on 7/1 but the email stated my "2021 gladiator" - i guess once they started 2021 production, everything is now a 2021?
When I saw it on my JL sheet last year I thought it meant because I was special, then I saw it on everyone else's and I got sad.So, I noticed a change... So the email we received was not the correct shipping time frame? It had correct VIN and dealership. We understand some of you received an email that may have incorrect information. We are looking into this and will circle back with you soon with an update.

If @JeepCares never provides accurate information and dis-informs on what appears to be accurate information from another source, customers won't believe anything. Customers get used to this and expect nothing to be accurate, they are pleasantly surprised when the vehicle delivery, or recall part, or service bulletin, or many other things occur. Its the Jeep way.
