So I got an update, apparently my build date is 2/14. But my question is, how long does it usually take for it to show up in the lookup table? It feels like I'll never get it lol.

I chatted with FCA today and they said "The materials necessary to build your vehicle have been received and the build is being scheduled. It should start the build process soon."

Maybe there is hope of receiving it in February still? :fingerscrossed:

Talk to you dealer and get a build date. They seem to be more detail and up to date.

From what I've gathered, 10 days, if all your stars are aligned. So, how lucky do you feel?

Today I received an email from cryptostickers that my sticker was found. Sure enough the vin brings up the sticker. So far all of the information the dealer told me was right on time. Hopefully it catches a train ride out of the cold and head to AZ soon. I ordered 12/16/20, build sheet 1/28/21 and vin 2/2/21. I enjoy the ordering process and anticipation of looking to see if anything has changed with the build. We ordered my wife’s JL two years ago and there was a lot more tracking info then, wish it was still that way. Dealer said it would take 10-12 weeks for delivery, 2 extra weeks for Christmas break.

So I talked to my dealership yesterday. He explained something that makes more sense now that I heard it from them as well as FCA reps that were at the dealership as well. I was wondering how and getting frustrated at how some OPs were ordering their JT’s after I had, 12/26/2020, and getting build dates and/or taking delivery already.
I’m paraphrasing here, but they both explained that there are some JT’s built with varying packages and/or add-ons for stock waiting to be picked up by dealerships either on the factory lot or were on the assembly line already. My dealership also stated that when someone orders specific builds it usually takes closer to 8-10 weeks and has seen them as far out as 12 weeks too. Now this makes more sense to me.

Ordered Hydro-Blue Rubicon 30 Dec 20 most options except no leather seats. VON and VIN on 7 Jan. Build sheet 13 Jan, Window Sticker 17 Jan. On rail 18 Jan. Dealer tells me in Indiana on the way 23 Jan. Dealer tells me arrived at the railyard in Council Bluffs, IA (about 4 hours from dealer by truck) on 27 Jan. I've seen this with my LE that it takes a while to get a transport to move from the railyard to the dealer, so I'm patiently waiting!

The dealer had told us that the 8.4 touch screen was one upgrade that would have you waiting longer for your build. Something with the NAV part of it being back ordered. Not sure how true this is but could be why some that ordered before others are still waiting.
Does anyone know if the POC is suppose to have the agreed upon price that we discussed when ordering?
