Mine makes random beeps from the radio? Someone told me its because i liked a song on teh radio and it flags that song and chimes when it is on but i cleared any possible "likes" and it still does it.

Or sport teams that you like.

I see you have the "Enhanced Navigation Package" also.

I just find it interesting when the Standard Navigation and Enhanced Navigation conflict on directions and I end up taking my own routes. At least I can turn the Standard Navigation off when not needed.

Remove this option IMMEDIATELY!!!!! To fix this I ended up having to purchase a well equipped 4Runner. Definitely my most expensive upgrade.

My Gladiators radio would do the popping and crackling noises for the first couple months, it went away and now sounds normal lol.

The phone ringer is terrifyingly loud. There seems to be no way to reduce the ring volume. While the ring volume can be adjusted after it starts ringing, the adjusted volume level of not saved.

I finally acclimated to this after a couple years, but it still scares the stuff out of wife - she screams in terror every time.

If anyone knows a fix, I would most grateful.

Turn the Bluetooth volume on your phone down . I may be wrong but the music and ringer input master volume is the Phone not the radio head unit .

You can lock the doors on the Jeep with the Unconnect app while the Key Fob is still in the Jeep. And it will stay locked . Until you use app or second Fob to unlock it !!

My Navigation is fine in full screen mode but occasionally will say "Loading" forever when in the widget dual screen mode. I have to remove it from the widget and add it again for it to work.

My 2024 allows me to change volume for all things. On the new dash screen, when you adjust the volume you can click the arrow on the right and it brings up all the options.

Mine did this when I was in an area with cameras on the side of the road, like tag readers or something. I believe I found a warning in the nav settings that I deselected and I haven't been binged at for a while.
Except when there are service vehicles ahead and it scares the poop outta me.

I appreciate the info. In my case, this 2022 was built with the Uconnect 4 with 7" display. Those settings are not to be found. Also, no nav built in - I use Android Auto for all apps including navigation. Thanks anyway.

I found out about a safety feature when I had the door ajar and tried to put in drive. Soon as the door swings it slams it back into park.

It's called "auto park" and it's a feature established because the star trek actor that died because his jeep rolled down the hill and killed him

Not my JT, but a Mopar.
In my 95 ram, the intermittent wiper was 3 passes from the factory.
(3 passes back and forth of the wiper when you bump the stalk)
MY bought in LA truck, would randomly do 1 pass. But only when it was super humid.
Summer only, never winter or when it was "cool" out.
just riding down the road..... wipe....
then not do it again for a year.
i sold that one with 250K on the OD. 25 years.

you can control the volume of the different media type individually. You just have to turn teh volume knob while the specific media is broadcasting. When you Maps is announcing directions just turn the knob and you can just change teh volume for map announcement. I think there is three, Text announcements, music audio and Navi

I can confirm this, however, this does not set the ringer volume
