Gladiators on Mopar 2" Lift Kit

Not nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It is definitely a bit sluggish, but I was way more fearful based off the claims everyone stated. However, I will say, I'm in south Florida so everything is flat here. No hills or mountains here. So I'm very content with it. I may regear in the future. I guess it also depends on what my MPG looks like once I'm done with this tank. As of right now, computer says I'm averaging 20 MPG. I'll hand calculate though of course to get a more accurate figure.

I had 37s on my JLUR down here as well, very manageable. Looks great again

Forgive me if it's been asked already... but has anyone with the Mopar 2" lift and on 37's measured the overall height of their Jeep? I have 37's on mine now with no lift, but want to make sure it will still fit in the garage once the Mopar lift goes on.

The top matters when getting measurements. The soft top is taller. Just a heads up...

Yes I was measuring mine this morning... the antenna is about the same height as the soft top also.
As long as with the lift it's 81" or less I'll be ok!

I have a soft top, the Mopar lift and 34s and I’m at about 79.5”

Well I get my lift installed this week and oddly I’m nervous. I really like the way it drives right now and I don’t want to f**k that up.

Mopar 2” lift, Falken 285/75/18 Wildpeak A/T tires. Total overall lift with tires is between 5.25 and 5.5 inches. 72 Inches total height to 77 and change. Hauled over 900 lbs of building mterials last night and not a bit of noticeable squat.... Yeh, those are 12 footers hanging out the bed!

I have the exact same tires and rims on my Overland and will be installing the MOPAR 2" lift in a couple of weeks.

Did you end up adding anything else to the suspension (trackbar, etc)?

Edit: just noticed you answered that in another comment. Which front track bar did you go with?

How's the ride quality on the roads?

Ride quality is damn near the same as completely stock...maybe better.The Fox Shocks are a big improvement over stock. I used the Rough Country Adjustable. Its fine for what I needed. Its probably not the most heavy duty, but it adjusts easily And for my “beach buggie“ its more than sufficient.

If I’m not mistaken mine with the soft top is 6’4”
