Thank you! So I contacted them they said it was delivered to the dealer on the 18th hard to believe since I ordered on the 3rd but of course I called to ask on the 18th when Daniel went on vacation,
Not like I can pickup anyways since were in the middle of wheat harvest working 15 hour days 7 days a week

I did the chat and they said all the parts have been received and the build should start soon. No additional details, but at least it doesn't sound like there is any holdups.

Well I spoke to Renee yesterday and got everything sorted out apparently when they get there they automatically get posted on website, since Daniel is out he usually takes them off so she reassured me it is mine it cannot be sold and everything else so that was a relief, got a tentative pickup of Saturday the 3rd

I used to be a software engineer in the industry. I'd bet dollars to donuts it's pretty fully automated. There are a variety of systems that need to talk to each other, and various compliance requirements, etc. They probably have a routine they go through with every vehicle that falls off the truck, and Daniel has just been short circuiting it on the back end when he's around to prevent that sort of confusion.

Does this pricing apply to Gladiators on the lot? I'm not looking to wait months for a gladiator. I also have a trade-in vehicle as well.

probably not. Also, they arent doing great credit on trades there, BUT they may for lot inventory. You can only know if you call and find out.

I just did the same thing and got the same response. I think my order date is the 11th. Keeping fingers crossed.....

Atleast you were able to speak to someone. I used the Jeep Chat to find out mine was there. Still haven’t been able to confirm through Gupton. Can’t get a reply to an email and when I call the lady has been instructed to not pull calls through. I realize they’re busy but I’m located 4 hrs away and work two jobs so I need time to plan when I’ll be able to go get it. When you spend 55k a little communication isn’t to much to ask for I wouldn’t think?

i already have one. I was just trying to inquire about ordering and trades. Could never get a response hardly at all. They finally responded when I flat out said along the lines of, "it seems like obviously you all dont want another possible order."
