This is what I did. Renee was quick to reply and got me quotes for the 2 different builds we're deciding between. Saving me a ton of $$$ over buying from local dealer. Now my wife has to decide which build she wants, hope to have it ordered by EOW. This will be her Jeep upgrade from her 2014 JKUS.

Thanks for the tips!!

How long did it take to get a quote back? I have an email in but it’s only been a few days now.

They were extremely responsive with me. They have a strong spam filter, so something like '[email protected]' may get blocked. It also seems to help to be very direct about what you want from them. I emailed them the Rubicon pages from the order guide with a bunch of x's on it and that's all it took. Good luck!

It took me a bit to get ahold of them. Once I did I get a response within the hour. I got my VIN 12/7?

Would someone message me Renee's email? I ordered 10/21 and can't get Daniel to send over my POC. Hoping Renee can send it over.

I have not talked to Daniel since the day I ordered on 10-12-21, so I emailed him and asked him to call me. Renee just called me back. She was very pleasant. She confirmed that my JT is DONE and waiting for shipping. She said it is unlikely it will come in time for me to pick it up next week. She also said the reason nobody is seeing their jeep arrive, is because there are not enough transport drivers. Back when they were getting lots of jeeps in, they were always different drivers. Now she sees the same couple of guys every time, and they tell her how backed up they are and they are short on drivers.

I told her that she and Daniel are LEGENDS and celebrity's in my eyes because of all the positive posts about them on the gladiator forum. She laughed it off.... but I was serious!

She asked me to post a message from them to the forum.

From Renee: (you have to listen to it with a sweet-as-can-be , smiling, southern gal accent):
"If ya'll would stop callin' so darn often for updates, we could get more done and get ya some of ya'll jeeps to ya!"

She said they don't know when the jeeps/truck leaves the plant. They know it is coming when it pulls in, and then they start calling folks whose jeep is on that load.

So, I guess we wait. Some more. ?

A few years from now this wait will be nothing....

Side note, she said her and Daniel are both off tomorrow. She also said she will be on vacation the week after Christmas.
When I ordered my Ford RS (made in Germany) I waited 18 months !!!!

I don't think I could do that. Heck, I bought a Factory Five Shelby cobra kit car and built it in less than one year! (That was over 20 years ago, and I've since sold it)

Email is fine. They can answer those when they have time.

Calling and leaving voicemails is just rude because it demands that they drop whatever they're doing to waste who knows how many minutes answering basic questions, etc.

They keep prices low by running a small ship. This also means their staff doesn't have time to sit on the phone with customers for hours on end when there are literally dozens of Jeeps sitting outside waiting to get prepped for customer delivery.

Gupton works VERY hard to get a lot of the paperwork done ahead of time so that when we show up we can be back on the road in under an hour. Very few dealerships do that these days.

Yeah it was no fun ! Plus there were no aftermarket parts to dream about during the wait, which is what makes waiting on a Jeep much, much easier. Nice Kit by the way.... I sold the RS to buy the Jeep.

IMPORTANT! Please read regarding the affiliate 1% program!
I just talked to Renee at Gupton. She said she DID see that the affiliate program is back for the gladiator, but she has not had time to see if it is model specific. BUT, the important thing she told me is, she cannot give or get the 1% discount unless your letter that is dated is AT LEAST 30 days old, regardless if you have a control number. I told her members are paying the $100, then getting their confirmation # the next day. She asked me to post about this, as she does now want anyone burned or upset. At this point, I am hopeful I will pick up my Mojave in less than 30 days, so I am not going to make the gamble. Sadly my truck has been done and sitting for the last 10 days, and she said they just changed my ship date to 12-21-21. If your truck is more than 30 days out, you need to check with your dealer to confirm your model is covered before you assume you get it.

ALSO important. They did get a truck today! I am hoping some of you guys are on it!

I was on it. 11/6 order. Just emailed my older than 30 days Tread lightly + control number. Will update here soon on results

Also, for those wondering they are allowing Docusign for signing purchases for shipping.

I just spoke with Renee and was told my JT is there! Only problem is this...between birthdays, Christmas, work obligations, not to mention the increased cost of an airplane ticket, it looks like the earliest we could get there to pick it up would be the first week of January. She said the purchase has to be made within 14 days, so we could Docusign everything, and then come pick it up whenever. Has anyone else had to docusign and then wait 3 weeks to pick it up? If so, how was that process? Anything I should expect? This is so hard, but my schedule in December is the absolute worst.

I've docusigned on several vehicles and it really couldn't be easier. I generally finance at a credit union where I grew up even though I now live in Texas. It has always been quick and easy.

Interesting, I submitted my order today. Nothing was said about the affiliate discount. Also does he send you a copy of your build when he orders it? In paid my deposit and never heard anything else.
