I'm curious if anyone has had good luck using the "Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking" tool throughout the process? I'm about 5 weeks from order placement and Jeep chat told me earlier this week that I'm "Scheduled for Production". However the tool doesn't even show a build sheet as found for my VIN. Thanks!

Just curious, where are you flying into? The closest I found was nashville, then take an uber to gupton perhaps? Looking into buying my ticket now, a month or so ahead of time, to try and save money.

Last I knew, build sheet doesn't come about until it's built which is totally backwards from how it used to be.
It used to be the build sheet was created, then the vehicle was built based on that build sheet and when the vehicle was almost done, the build sheet was checked and usually stuck under a seat, under the carpet, in a door, or whatever.

Yeah, mine has supposedly been built for a week now and expected at the dealership as soon as Wednesday, and still no build sheet. It's definitely a wonky system at the moment.

They have an employee or maybe more than one, that runs people to and from the airport. It's my understanding that this person isn't always available, so plan for an expensive uber, worst case.

I had the same thoughts and bought tickets into BNA for next month, just rolling the dice that the timing will work out and Gupton will have the Jeep and be ready for me. Worst case is I cancel the flight with Southwest and use the credit some other time if the timing doesn't work out.

Thanks for the info. I just called them and they echoed what you said. They have someone who will pick me up from the airport in nashville (impressive TBH). Just purchased a ticket myself for July 5th and fingers crossed that the timing works out. As you said, worst case I can change the flight using credit if necessary. EXCITED!

It should update eventually. I believe the build sheet doesn't update until it's basically been built. I ordered mine on 3/10 and nothing changed on that site until 5/2 when my build sheet got updated. The window sticker then updated a few days after that. As for Jeep Chat, I checked with them on 5/2 and they said it was in the shipping stage, and when I checked with them again on 5/9 they said that it had arrived at the dealer. Then it was just a waiting game to receive the welcome email from Renee, which came in on 5/16.

Obviously everyone's situation will be different, but I hope this helps at least a bit!

Yeah like BlueScapegoat mentioned I'm flying into Nashville and hoping for a pick up, but will take an Uber if needed.

Sooooo..just finished speaking with jeep chat and had a pleasant but confusing surprise.

Jeep chat told me that my build was in the shipping stage, but with no ETA for dealer delivery. A week or so ago I was still in the dreaded "scheduling" stage - this seems strange to me. I asked about a build sheet and/or window sticker and was given a link to track the build sheet, but the link states no build sheet is available for the given VIN yet. Also, jeep chat told me that the window sticker will not be available until it is delivered to the dealer.

Anyone else in the shipping stage but without any build sheet or other info?
