@RobTrachtman is a great resource. I acquired a '25 Joose JL from him. Great price and experience. I'm pretty sure he does national sales. As of August 2025 (his note below)...
......

I am still doing 5 percent under invoice on the 25's and 26's with tread lightly membership or other affiliates rewards less any applicable rebates here in Irvine in California for those especially that want to deal more local. send me a build and let me quote you. [email protected] or [email protected] or text me at 954-864-5162. It will be as simple to do business as I can make it for you.

Thank you,
Rob Trachtman

find a dealer nearby willing to deal. send them a copy of your build and price from the current model year. With Jeep most of the current rebates will be locked in when the order is placed, but if the rebates are better when the vehicle arrives, you'll get those instead. Ask your dealer if current rebates are eligible for build orders. Usually they are (crappy dealers/salesmen will lie to you about this to convince you to buy from stock, so watch out).

It's not hard at all. I've done it twice. All exclusively by email until it was time to pick the vehicle up in person.
Yeah, there are those lying SOB dealers who will try to tell you something doesn't apply with an order or they can't lock it in or whatever.
The fact is - once the order is accepted by FCA, that "deal" is locked in - and if FCA comes out with a better incentive at the point the truck is delivered, you get that better incentive.
Mine went from something like $4K off to 7K or whatever, it was at least 2, maybe 3K better by the time the thing came in. Coupled with the affiliate discount, which Tread Lightly is 1% under invoice, I basically got it for FWP minus the 7K or whatever incentives and it knocked about 10 grand off the MSRP.

When mine came in, Jeep had just started that "employee discount for all". We ran the numbers (the dealer and I) and found it was the same discount as the Tread Lightly thing - but you had to choose the employee pricing OR the incentive. with the affiliate pricing - I could combine them.

I am looking to purchase my first Gladiator. Anything I should be looking for when buying used? Any concerns? This one at Carvana has caught my eye and I would love some feedback from you experienced owners.

On Memorial Day 2025, I purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Sport S for 37K ($39.8 OTD). With the 2026 models coming in, you should be able to get a Great deal on a new 2024 or 2025 model.
In my opinion, you are better off buying new and getting the full manufacturer's warranty. I purchased mine at Riverside CDJR in Newbern, NC.

‘25 Gladiator Rubicon
I was in the market and looked at both new and used Gladiators. Found a great deal on a new ‘25 Gladiator Rubicon that made it a no brainer compared to a used Gladiator. Factor in the interest rates too. $15k discount/rebates. Which ate up my negative on my trade in which was a beat up POS. Good luck and hunting!

Mojave deals galore too.

I previously had a 2023 Sport S with Max Tow. It had every option but the body colored hard top and leather. It was my favorite of the four that I have owned. I am on my 2nd Rubicon..I still prefer the Max Tow over all.
Order it! There are a few dealers on here that offer 7% below invoice. That way you get exactly what you want.

It's been a few years now and I am struggling to remember, but on my truck but I believe that was my experience as well. I was subject to any incentives at the the time the truck was delivered along with my employer provided discount (which was good regardless of time).

Just turns out that in late summer of '22 - there was no incentives 😆

Price of Gladiators right now makes me sick.

Can buy a '25 Rubicon with heated leather, LED head & tail lights, and a body color roof and fenders for exactly what I paid for my '22 Sport S Max Tow 😭

I have decided I do not need the max tow option. I was considering towing an RV but I don't think that will actually happen.
Why can't I find one like this for $37,000 in North Carolina?

I bought the Max Tow not really because I was going to tow heavy, but the 4.10 gears were just a must have for me regardless. Simply a little better performance no matter what.

For those that do not want it as bad, there is a lot of other nice options.

Just go for a road trip, $40K Gladiators with leather interiors are a dime a dozen here. Every dealer has 20 of em.

Ironically, a friend of mine here in Louisiana got his first Gladiator from North Carolina back in 2021 😆

I see that we’re neighbors!

Let me suggest you contact the manager (Travis) at Tri Cities Jeep in Eden and get him to quote you a new build. They are sponsors on this forum and many of us have ordered our jeeps from him at a very good discount.

Good luck!

I'd go with the Max Tow for the gears and wider axles.

I had both a Sport S without Max Tow and a Sport S with Max Tow. The one with Max Tow to me was much better. The suspension rode, drove and handled much better. The payload was higher but several hundred pounds. The limited slip differential was also invaluable to me. Last winter in the snow, as well as 8n rain and on wet grass in my yard, it worked flawlessly.

I am on my second Rubicon. Both lifted on 37's. Both with winches. Are they more capable in extreme conditions....absolutely. That's why I had/have them.

For every day use and most trails, I preferred the Max Tow. In anything short of a Rubicon or Mojave, that and the Alpine Audio are my only must have options
