Can someone with the rail system provide me with a couple of dimensions?
Depth:
Height:
Slot opening height:
Bumping this up...
Hoping someone can throw a tape on it to give me an idea of the profile. I am looking at some alternatives to the factory rail and want to know how certain accessories that fit the rail would or would not attached to an alternative.

Does anyone know if you can order more cleats/tiedowns id like to get a few more
I second this - Having only the 4 and not having any on the front rail - annoying.

I have used my rails a fair bit so far. Tied down stuff certainly. I have attached my temporary tool box to it as well as mounting my Hi Lift and Rotopax. Used the Builtright mounts to put my shovel under the box.

Is that a 2 gallon roto? Also, what length Hi-Lift? Trying to figure out if the 48” fits along front of bed or if I need to mount on side rack. I have trail rails and BuiltRight system but neither installed yet.

if I recall, when I did a dry fit On mine, the hi-lift was not a good fit but don’t quote me on that. I opted to mount it on the side and put my shovel and ax on the front. For reference the ax is a 28” fiskers

Unfortunately the standard 100gal transfer tank is a 1/2” too wide to slip between the wheel wells and push up to the cab. Regardless, the Gladiator handled it, no problem.

curious here...
Love the look and utility of the bullright racks. I can see they are bolted to rail but what holds the bottom? of the bullright racks?

About 800lbs. No noticeable sag. Engine barely noticed it even up steep hills. Handling was solid. No problem whatsoever.

This is what I am currently doing with mine. As of right now my evolving plan is to carry my Dometic CFX95DZW cooler and accessory battery on it. And whatever else will fit. For family vacations I plan to pull the Decked out and find some sort of weatherproof luggage and still keep the cooler on the rack. I thought about getting one of the slide outs for the cooler but I just cannot bring myself to where I am comfortable drilling the bed.

You could put a sheet of PLYWOOD (our favorite topic) in the bed and secure it to the bed loops and then mount your slides on that.

On the front panels there is a screw and rubber bushing that lets it rest on the side of the bed without causing the need to drill or into the side to mount it at the bottom. The, large, rear panel has a bolt and plastic spacer that secures it close the the tail gate. The front of the large panel comes with the same screw and bushing as the smaller panels. The front panel mounts into the factory tie down points.

I work in the film business and we used my JT as a camera vehicle the other night. I used the pick points in the bed to secure the cameraman and the trail rails for a looser support system for him and the camera to move around. Looked pretty badass weaving through traffic leading the other cars!

Anyone know of any hardware that fits our trail rail so we can attach our own custom stuff? Like, whatever special nut that slips in there? I think I've read that the Toyota and Nissan stuff works, but I don't have much confirmation on if that is true or not.

If we had a nut that we can use, then sky is the limit on how to use the trail rail. I'm in the process of building my own fishing rod holder and I'm thinking of simplifying the frame, and using the trail rail for more of the support.
