I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, I have under 4K miles on mine. I did have one major issue and that was a U-Joint bearing that fell out which resulted in the dealer having to replace the left axel shaft. without it being replaced could have resulted in catastrophic failure. It was Dangerous to drive at that point. It was covered under Jeep warranty which is good. I put on 37's on the stock jeep and it worked without rubbing seemed to have quite of bit of room but I think where you may run into problems is if you do any off-roading & articulation rubbing may be an issue. I have 37x20's and I didn't even try to put the spare tire in the stock location since 37x17 is hit or miss and even then I wouldn't want to do it since you could rub on the rear bar. I think Clayton offroad offers a bar with a U-in it to accommodate a larger tire. You will find out that your gears won't work correctly due to the weight of the 37" tire and your MPG's will be very poor along with no pep or power. To solve this you will need to regear. You will also need to program the tire size with a Mini Taser JL and if you regear you'll need to change the ratio. On gearing I went from 4.10's to 5.13's on mine. I also installed a 3" lift on my truck. You could actually go to a 38" tire without having to change axels if you go to 40's an axel swap is recommended. I have Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires. Consumer reports just dinged the Jeep brand due to reliability issues with the Gladiator. I have the 3.6L v6 gas model which I felt was more proven.Hey guys, I have a 2021 jeep wrangler 4xe rubicon. It has been a nightmare of a vehicle for me... I actually mean terrible nightmare.. been towed 5 times now in total. Been told it needs a new battery pack (hybird battery) which will take 5-6months to arrive and another month to install could be longer because they will have to bring in a hybird tech specialist to work on it... anyways they finally offered me a good trade in for my vehicle (no lemon laws in canada) I was just wondering how reliable has the gladiator been for you guys, also please tell me how many kms or mileage you have put on the gladiator. I do alot of overlanding and I quite honestly love the the wranglers/gladiators interior. At this I just want a vehicle that won't give me headaches and will start everyday (my 4xe won't start in the cold -10, saying service hybird system, service charging system) I've yest drove 2 gladiators, 1 Mojave, and one rubicon, and I'm leaning on the rubi for both locking diffs. Also will 37s fit the stock rubi? And will 5th tire fit under the bed? (They are ko2s). Anyways I've test driven 4runners off road, not a trd (can't find one) chevy colarado zr2, Nissan frontier profx4. Ranger, bronco etc. And I do have say I overall just like the jeeps much more. So please input on your reliability with your gladiators
Also I'll attach the gladiator I'm looking to buy !
Also tried that 4runner (didn't like it since it was the 2019, without any safety features nor apple car play
I'll also attach my love (my 4xe) I honestly love the jeep, it was great I'm the summer running on eletric mode but like I have stressed not reliable at all, I was stuck in -25 weather waiting for the tow truck to come and it took the tow q hour to get to me in that freezing weather
