Every internet jock on this thread with a 3.6 needs go out, open their hood and measure the 7+ inches from the actual engine block to the back of the fan please. With different motor mounts this engine will fit. Period.

But I still trust my buddy and don't desire to put a garbage engine into my Gladiator. $.02

If I went for a different engine, I'd just stab a HEMI in there.

The 3.6 is 19.8 inches long, the i6 is 33 inches. Unless you are measuring an extra foot, it's not gonna fit, it's almost 5 inches longer than the 392 which basically used up all the available space.

Obviously you can make almost anything fit, but it's not just some motor mounts and call it good.
