the shop ATO in Baltimore figured it all out and executed beautifully... they cut the back out of the fake hood scoop, fabricated a mount and put a 10 inch rigid light in the hood scoop, then I had it taped and painted to match the rest of the orange.

Don't understand the fake scoops. Don't they just create drag with a great place to catch air.
They should all be functional or removed. Seems silly.

The scoop in the Mojave is a two piece affair, that the back comes off easy making it open, no real cutting then the the plastic weld, there have been posts of the process, I am going to do it but waiting on the 392 parts list for the hood scoop CAI parts. Benny is waiting on them, I might tie the Hydro glide intake system into my air box, or just use it to push heat out the back of engine compartment......Jack
