May be coincidence in your case. Yep. I’ve got another one stuck on “requested”. I didn’t hit up DD as I agree with you that they’d get pissed. In any case good to hear you got yours. But that "announcement" is just their way of saying don't contact Diolog Direct on your inquiry. As I mentioned before, I guarantee you people started blowing them up as a matter of being impatient with most likely minimal wait time, after I mentioned that I had luck after sadly having to go that route after nearly 9 months. Ironically that announcement came up on the app a few days after my update post on my experience. Hmmm.
My Backway to Crown King badge took at least 6 monthsAt this point in time it’s just the point alone and I’m curious if anyone else has the issue.
Of course I can’t find a customer service number for the Badge Of Honor program anywhere only the generic customer email Which I have now emailed twice in the last almost 5 months.
So I requested the Turkey Bay OHV badge back on January 30th. Hadn’t received it after 3 month (which is typically the max turnaround 8-12 weeks- which is why I waited) You get an auto reply type of email back with general information stating which Badges are on back order etc. which I guess could be helpful for some. It had a list of like 13 badges on back order (at that time). None of which were Turkey Bay.
Weird, but oh well. So I’ve continued waiting. Now that it’s closing in on 5 month, I emailed them again with all my basic info and got another reply. This time it says only 1 badge is on back order (Tread Lightly 4WD), yet my badge status in the app just says requested since Jan 30th? What’s weird is I not only got my Redbird badges within 11 days, but it was quicker than the app had the status updated as delivered.
Anyone else notice similar issues or extreme long wait periods? I know it’s a free marketing program which is pretty cool. But it’s kind of annoying at this point.
