Every place is a 'dump' for some reason or another.Same here. I'm 4th generation Californian. My grandparents owned a home right about where Disneyland is and there was nothing, nothing, around. Very cool pic. I'm still in the OC.
And as much as I'd love to punch Gavin Newsome in the face and leave, I'm looking outside and it's going to be 83-degrees today. My colleagues in the mid-west are shoveling snow to get their cars out. It's very hard to leave.
You just find the 'dump' you can live with.
We have several friends in Cali. They love it, some odd and end problems aside.
