And they’re installed!

Bit of a PITA to install leaving the nets like I wanted, but it’s possible. What great quality, impressive for something so seemingly trivial.

I don’t know if installing with or without the nets is any tougher, but I found that using a panel pry tool to help align and then a rubber mallet to drive it home worked for me.

Looks like money well spent, let me know if that net interferes with getting things in and out of the panel.

What’s the thought behind keeping the nets vs removing? A divider or something?

There was a company that I found that was taking pre-orders for some kind of pocket replacement. Don’t know what ever happened to them? I’ll see if I can find it.

Edited- found it. Still in preorder it looks like, but he has an update on there about them. Looks like they are getting closer.

Well, one, I always like being able to return to stock (when feasibly possible). So I wasn't too keen on cutting the netting unless I absolutely had too.

Second, exactly as you said. I hope to leverage it as a divider. I can keep papers, wrappers and other light/loose things stowed behind the netting and heavier/"Bulkier" things on the outside against the new pocket. I figure for my phone and stuff, I'd also prefer it to be between the plastic door card and the netting, rather than hitting metal.

I have shoe lace hooks on my boots and at least twice a week I get my left foot hung up in these dopey nets. Gonna go DV8
This is my biggest complaint. I have been so snagged my wife had to get me free.

Pretty reasonably priced too...strongly considering a pair. My only issue is right now, my netting is still working well enough. Anybody have a set of these yet?

I want to see some of the slim dv8's in person. I think my feet would hit the cup holder part on the originals. Need a place to keep my nine like I had it in my Silveraydo.
I actually have the originals installed…. Just ordered a set of the slims for the front seat…. The cup holder part drove me nuts…. It was worth the extra $110 or whatever it cost me to be rid of them.

I need to learn how to read... son of a gun...

Installed the back first. And wow, they look so cool. Pretty useful as well for what they are.

Now, the front:

I did not read the note in bold 🙄.

* Please Note: These pockets are not compatible with models that are equipped with factory power front seats.

Sure enough, the hit the power seat buttons...

I now have two beautiful wall decorations! Since I opened them, installed them, etc. they are not taking them back.

I will remove them and keep the ones in the back. Man, what a bummer... the front ones looked so frigging cool and provided some space for stuff in the front...

I did call them, and even the slim ones will still not work with the front power seats... so no use ordering those...

Post in the Marketplace, I'm sure someone will pick them up. 👍

I just don’t use the door nets. It’s obvious they are useless.
