Same here, I've owned 3 of these Gladiators already and will not go back into a new one till this is fully . paid off. Miss my old diesel overland but i love my current base sport max tow. Its very basic and awesomeI really like the truck, but it has had a few gremlins which I think was the aux battery. And sometimes when my Tazer needs to be rebooted I will get some weird radio issues. Right now getting my front Mojave shocks replaced under warranty. I want to keep it for a long time, but I never have. I don't make the money in Utah that I made in Dallas so switching vehicles every 18 months is over and heavily modding things is over as well. Probably a good thing.
For the aux battery when you change it out. You need to go in and reboot the battery management system under aux and reboot it to get the vehicle to actually charge the aux battery.I really like the truck, but it has had a few gremlins which I think was the aux battery. My 2021 HA hasn't been reliable. My 2021 HA has been very reliable. However, he missed two items that I have experienced with my 2021 - Wondering steering and leaky rear window! Yes, it has the steel steering box.
Don’t change it out. I bypassed it and these issues were going on before I deleted it.For the aux battery when you change it out. You need to go in and reboot the battery management system under aux and reboot it to get the vehicle to actually charge the aux battery.
The aux battery gets charged whenever the alternator output voltage is higher than the battery voltage, no other action is needed. For the aux battery when you change it out.
