In my opinion you’re dodging a bullet. The dealer is so likely to mess up your Jeep with “free oil changes”, performed by inexperienced lube techs.

I just left the dealer for a Jeep Wave oil change. Opted against the tire rotation because I recently got a flat and rotated them all myself. Not sure what work the guy before me got but 20 mins after him leaving I head out and see him & his Gladiator in the middle of a busy road with his rear wheel completely off.

These morons can't even torque wheel lugs

I did mine in the driveway yesterday. With a fumoto valve, it took me all of 15-20 minutes. And I’m slow. Autozone usually has mopar filters as well. I always buy two so I have one next time.

Once my dealership forgot to rotate the tires, so after inspecting the vehicle I had them pull it back in and rotate them

Oh my god. On a related note, my wife’s non Jeep suv has new tires that I had discount tire put on. I did the first rotation on it at home in the last couple of weeks. All four lock lugs were not even finger tight. I just spun them off without a socket. I’m shocked they weren’t gone. The car has lug bolts and calls for 105 ft lbs. None of them were over 75 in my estimation. Glad I did the rotation myself. Now her wheels will probably stay on.

Dangit. The title clickbaited me. I definitely came in here hoping that the physical act of "Jeep waving" was canceled. I was so excited.

Just logged into my Jeep Wave account and it states I still have one oil change and tire rotation available. Which is correct.

Oil is perfectly at full mark.

Mine as well takes just a bit over 5 ... I'm sure they round up for billing.

Since we're still talking about oil, my dealership uses 5 quarts in mine.

My dealer shows six quarts on the invoice, but it is always just at the full mark.

I used all 3 of my Jeep Wave free oil changes & tire rotations. Let me tell you how they went.
1st one took almost 2 hours because they spilled used oil all over my engine compartment and did a half assed job cleaning it up.
I also had 3 very noticeable oil stains on my tan cloth drivers seat.
2nd wave service I asked the technician (I use that term loosely) what the torque spec was he tightened my wheels to.. he replied, whatever his impact gun was set to.
After my 3rd wave service I found a bright shiny rivet poking out of the sidewall of my LR tire.
NEVER AGAIN will they see my vehicle in their shop.

6 quarts shows on my invoices but it's always at the full mark and mines been running great for right at 60,000 miles. I'll continue letting my dealership do mine. You just got to find a dealership that don't suck.

Does that say 3000 mile change? Todays engine and synthetic oil should be good for up to 10000 miles
