Ah no

You can check all your service needs in the my Jeep app

the fuel filter is part of your fuel pump and is not needed to be replaced unless you have a Diesel then that’s different

You do realize this is a diesel correct? See snippet from owner’s manual below.

What?? Is your fuel filter not in your tank ? I mean mines not but i assume that cuz I drive a diesel that all other gladiators must also be diesel.
If I had a gasser I’d assume the same and assume your fuel filter is good for at least 75000 miles and is located in the tank. Aka pickup sock. ??

Gassers practice “safe” driving with that sock over the fuel pump.

Us diesels have little baby lumps of coal from one side of the country to the other.

Should be a idoit light to tell you to change it.. MB fuel filter with sensor is around $200. mine seems to run 50-60k between replacement

With the cost of the system downstream of that $50 filter, I think changing at first 20k miles is a good starting point. Evaluate the condition of the used filter and establish a baseline for future replacement.

Just read in my manual on the filter change. Depending on what state you are in. It's either every 10,000 miles or 20,000 miles. Pa. is one of the states with the 10,000 mile change.

Bumping this -- my dealer wanted over $500 including tax to do this service. Bought the filter online for $65 and 20 minutes later it was done. Going to ask a different service advisor when I'm there to pick up my 392 there just to see if I get a different answer, because that's insane and feels like I got quoted wrong.
