Ordered today at 5pm, got VON at 5:30pm, Hydro Blue JTR Diesel, loaded minus spray-in bedliner (going line-x), no floor mats or sill guards (other solutions), no headliner (hot heads), roll-up tonneau (going retractable). Fingers crossed for a VIN next week. Then the add-one will start getting ordered and I’ll dump the loaded JLU Sahara HellaYella on Vroom.

Did it, Pulled the trigger, order in and deposit down on a Sarge Green, Tan interior Sport S Max Tow with popular equipment pkg and slush mats. Ken Ganley in Norwalk Ohio, about an hr east of the plant. And the switch pkg

My is officially " In Limbo" too! I was told like a week after ordering mine via Jeep / FCA chat " The parts are ready and they will be assembling your Jeep soon"

Now its 46 days later and I check and I get the EXACT same message... Me thinks its just a standard reply now

I'm replying to myself lol...
And this Thursday....... it SUDDENLY arrives at the dealer with no warning! Hopefully Tuesday I can get it home.

I was able to add the bedliner, but omitted it because I want my local line-x guy to do it. I got a VON Friday. Maybe I’ll get a VIN this week. They seem to be faster at the build process than they were for JLs back in 2018.

No. Used CarMax before. Filled out the Vroom vehicle entry info and got a 7-day quote I liked. I’m on the JL forum too and people there have used them with positive feedback. Why? Did you have a bad experience?

No I actually got a really decent offer for my 2016 Jku. Almost to good

Got my VIN and D status today from my dealer, 5/10. I entered my VIN in the build/sticker tracker, but where do I go to see what letter-code status my order is at? They changed this up since 2018, it used to be two different sites managing status.

Placed my order for my first Jeep on Friday (4/30) after lurking on these forums for a long time. Had some dealers offering 6-7% under, but went with one that was a little less than 4% under to avoid travel. Got a call this morning that it's already in D1 status and scheduled to ship on May 11. That seems super fast to me (not that I'm complaining). Before I get my hopes up too much, can anyone offer insight as to if that's a normal speed or if I should expect to get pushed back over the next few days?

Following up on my earlier post - Jeep Chat says its built and waiting on accessories. Means I'm waiting on lug nuts, cold air intake, or spray-in bedliner. Sounds like bedliner is likely the hold up. Going to check in with the dealer on Wednesday and see if its shipped.
