Who here has a kitchen setup that slides out from their bed.

Before I mount the fridge in the bed I am curious of some more options. I am short. So I dont really know if a slide system is the route I will go but would like to see some options anyway before making a drcision.

I am looking specifically for slide-outs that have the fridge and cook top or sink in the slide. Similar to what we see in the ā€˜overland’ wranglers.

Interested in this too. My goal was a PullKitchen, but they said they aren’t producing them anymore.

I currently have this

https://www.campchef.com/sherpa-camp-table-&-organizer/CC-MSTAB.html

It does well for storing most of my items, but still need at table with a small sink, or a pull out type option. It would be nice to have something that requires less set-up

But the few options I have seen so far are all SUPER heavy. As in several hundred pounds. That seems excessive..... Even the fridge slide I currently have is much heavier than I really want to mount considering how basic it is.

I used a decked system with bedslide on top of it. Worked great. Strapped my dometic down on it. Was a little high after lifting but still accessible.

Fully deployed kitchen minus the joolca sink. Still trying to streamline things. Its a constant work in progress.

I had started to make one when I had my Chevy Colorado ZR2.... now, with the lower bed in the Gladiator, I need to modify it to make it fit... good thing I had not completed the build...

Do not mind the finish, plan is to apply bedliner paint once completed. Also, using the slide from an ARB fridge (since I can't use it with my fridge, again, due to bed side height).

I have a collapsible sink that I will incorporate as well...

Some builds I was using as inspiration...

This would be the ultimate solution... sorry to learn that they are no longer making them...

EDIT: Forgot to add that I am trying to make everything fit under the roll-n-lock tonneau cover... So everything will have to be a max height of 15-1/2" to fit without issues...

I think it weighs about 50lbs. The fridge slide section and cooking section max weight limit is 275 lbs and the middle section is 500lbs limit.
I'm probably going to drop the Drifta and go with a custom drawer and alucab table. The Drifta is pretty heavy loaded.

This is where it sucks that the Gladiator bed is so shallow... The kitchen setup requires 18" of clearance.

Do you think it won't fit? Looks like that will only be an issue if using a tonneau cover.

Correct, my only concern was not being able to install it under my tonneau cover. If that is a non-issue for others, great!

I want to be able to keep the tonneau cover closed and everything neatly stored under it.

I bet you I have drawn up 20 different designs for a slide out kitchen and I still haven't been able to settle on anything.

I really only have four requirements;
- I want the stove to be mounted
- I want all kitchen related items to be stored in the slide out
- Maximize flat space
- Everything needs to stay low enough that the Mrs can reach it without needing a step stool.

My biggest hurdles are stove length and height. Our stove needs at least 35" of room when hooked up to a tank, which really cuts into storage space for everything else when you only have realistically 56" of overall length, so I think I'll need to look at a different stove thats not so long.
