Curious if you did a re-gear and what did you go with if you did and who did it? I'm up in Chico and I'm going to move up to 37s this spring.

Curious if you did a re-gear and what did you go with if you did and who did it? I'm up in Chico and I'm going to move up to 37s this spring.
I did re-gear to 5.13s.

If I were you, I would drive it on 37s for a bit and see how you feel about it. Honestly, the auto transmission in this jeep is really good and really can handle the 37s adequately in most cases.

I had it done by a spot in Sacramento. I forget name of it, I would have to look it up. While they were in there, I went ahead and had a front locker put in.

And in actuality, I mostly wanted a front locker installed. I figured since they were in there during the work anyway, I might as well have them do the gears to save some money and not have to pay for labor twice.

Thanks for the reply. Did you put in an e-locker or ARB?

How do you like the AEV lift? Is it the 2.5 Dualsport? I'm leaning strongly toward that one.
Just the 2" spacer lift with the geo relocation brackets. Always thought people were just blowing smoke but rides better than stock with the 37s and lift.
