Nice looking rig! 40x17 really looks proportionate to the truck with that lift height.
Question: Are those Quake LED fender chops? Looks clean, part# plz.
I thought they have/need a bolt that need to be drilled thru outside of painted fenders?
I was considering Rugged Ridge ones because of that.

Thanks yes they are Quakes not sure of part number just ordered tinted ones. Yes you can put a bolt through fender but I used two part epoxy and have had no issues..

From what I understand if you are pushing your Dana 44 hard off road 40's with 10 to 13 psi would be all they would take. To go bigger would require Dana 60 swaps. But I could be wrong.

why not go 42s.

With truss's, gussets, and all that, 42s are doable for the Rubicon/Mojave axles but you play a VERY risky game anytime you push it.
