I think it’s set on 3 and 8 right now.
cool that’s what your numbers are in #2 mode. I’m asking about your sp2’s mode? You know... when your shock is fully extended rotate clockwise for standard/performance or counter clockwise for soft/snow/cold mode????

I believe that’s not on the SP2 3.3 with the fast adjust. The SP2 3.1 have that because they can not be fine tuned like the 3.3’s.
I think your confused... if they have sp2 on the shock they have the mode. On my JKU I had 3.3’s and we can only do the fast adjust mod for changes... these 3.3 sp2’s have an additional mode as posted below.

SP2 Mode Adjust Shocks:

• SP2 Mode Adjust shocks add Soft and Performance modes
• Tunes both compression and rebound – provides noticeable benefits in ride quality and handling
• Twist counterclockwise for Soft and clockwise for Performance
• Adjustment is only possible w/ shock fully extended
• During normal driving, the Soft mode allows a partial bypass of the main piston for less restriction and a softer ride.
• During aggressive driving, the Soft mode retains performance tuning for optimal handling
• Soft is recommended for rough roads/trails, embedded rocks, expansion joints, and/or winter temperatures
• Performance setting recommended for maximum highway and/or off-road handling, stability, and control w/ minimal head toss
• Fast Adjust Knob and Micro Position Knob (3.3 Fast Adjust Piggyback Shock) operation unaffected

I can tell you I welcome this sp2’s mode and will be setting mine to the cold weather/soft setting.

Yeah, I was just about to edit my post when I saw this. You are correct. I honestly didn’t ask but will call them tomorrow and if not I’ll pull a tire and mess with it. I just glanced over the quick install instructions. So that’s my mistake. Thanks for pointing out the error.

Thanks! I love it and the wife a little one dig it as well. So far the ride has been great. Much better than stock. I think that upgrading the tie rod/stabilizing kit and drag link helps significantly. The falcons are great as well. As I noted earlier, I will really have to play around with the fast adjust settings to find what I like. Hoping to get up to this off road park soon to test it all out.

A thing I found is the more you go off-roading, you will find that sweet spot adjustment on the falcons because the springs will start to not be soo stiff... it was after my 3 or 4th trip offroad when everything was dialed in on my old JKU and it was awesome to drive everywhere.

Have any of you used the metalcloak JL/JT front driveshaft? I'm running another brand with a 1350 joint on the axle side instead of the flange. I've got noticeable vibration at highway speed.

Caster has been set between 4 and 6 degrees. Vibration seems noticeable and phases in and out starting at around 55mph. Worst phasing at 58mph. After that its either not there, or vibrating at a constant rate.

Woot... made an appointment with my installer... I get home on April 5th and the queen is going under the “knife” on the 6th.

I am running the complete Gamechanger with the MC drag link, steering stabilizer, tie rod and 1310 front drive shaft. Could not be happier; no vibration or weird noises at all.

I did forget to mention I do have the FAD removed and using a 1 piece axle shaft now. You haven't tried running at a highish speed in 4wd have you?

Certainly not on the road, much. Opportunities to do so around here are few. But, once on the highway in the snow and twice (not as fast, of course) while snow wheeling. No noise or issues at all.

Jeep Gladiator Metalcloak lift 2020-03-08 17.06.49
Jeep Gladiator Metalcloak lift 2020-03-08 17.06.57

Awaiting 37's Patagonia MT on Black Rhino Cinco in bronze to get here Wednesday. Then an alignment.
Thoughts: Install took 2x longer than expected. Instructions decent, but need updating. Had to download the 3.5" lift install instructions, then the bump stop instructions, then the trackbar instructions.

Worst part is grinding the axle bracket for the trackbar as the MC joint is oversized. Went through 5-6 bits/stones on an angle grinder. Dremel too wimpy, pneumatic 3" cutoff wheel does not fit. 4.5" cutoff wheel too big but used it anyways. Next worst part is the factory front brakelines. Lots of extra bracing in the bracket. Makes me want to ditch them for Goodrich and just ziptie on the ABS lines.

Ride is a little stiffer than stock, steering is close to perfect even before alignment. Still awaiting the Rocksport rear shocks when they become available. Using stock Rubicon ones for now.

Overall- pleased. Will like it even more with bigger tires and once broken in and aligned.
