So has anyone seen the article on the truck of the year. Well they destroyed the Gladiator. Said it was the worst tow vehicle they have ever towed with. So I have towed with mine, 2500 lbs was ok.
Did wander, stopped fine. But the bashing does not stop there.

Just another journalist sharing their opinion...who cares? Just another data point and often written to get clicks. I like what I like...it's not perfect but nothing ever is. Get one...drive it a while...keep it or get something else.

Overall, nothing to get too excited about...?

There’s a whole thread on them. They did a unprofessional and perhaps even, a negligent write up. There’s a more to that story-
Like what we’re all the details gvwr gawr gcvwr and what hitch- what loads-including the trailer?? Did they go to the scales? how distributed was it all- did they have tongue weight correct? ect on and on. What was every number? See, there’s entire forums dedicated only to towing. They wrote a 3 page note filled with opinions and not reinforced with enough factual details to really be a credible article.

Similar writeups have been destroying the Wrangler for years. There are just so many aspects of the Jeep life that don't translate through text and must be experienced.

I saw that video when it first came out and I agree. The original Motortrend video should have a caption stating, "Brought to you by Chevrolet".
