Moved to house in country. My wife's car, not a jeep cost us 1k and the insurance company a bit more. It was parked in our pole barn for 2 weeks.

I'm now gun shy to park anything in there even though I have the perfect pulley system set up for roof removal.

Any ideas that work. A cat came with the property and doesn't earn his pay. Seems to just chase the other feral cats away.

Best idea gets a free cat.

You just need more cats. We have a couple dozen that live on or near our place. Mice have never been a problem for us, but part of that is the environment.

Cats are absolutely terrible. They decimate native songbird populations that are already threatened and not doing well. Cats are not native to any ecosystem in NA and need to be kept inside always.

I'm with ArchEtech. This is what I use and have had no rodent problems.

Ankh, already have a cat. Ones enough. 🙀

I should add, in your case do more than one route. Use the peppermint oil and some sort or trap to reduce the population.

Here's a great passive way to catch and kill them.

Oops, I see ErylFlynn beat me to it.
