I can't get on my bump stops with my sway bar connected on my Mojave that has a 1.5 inch front coil spacer and a 1 inch bump stop extension, it just won't flex that hard connected... I often hit them going fast over bumps where compression is not limited by the sway bar, meaning both sides are going up
Which is the point though. If you're flex testing doesn't hit them and you're out of tire clearance, you don't have enough bumpstop and you'll find at speed.

Your front and my front setup are nearly identical, with spacers and shock extensions, except I run 1.5 instead of 2 inches. Do you ever disconnect and if yes any rub with your 37's on stock wheels?

I have 1.5" wheel spacers and just added metalcloak disconnects. So far no rubbing. Added evo front control arm drop brackets and the rock krawler triangulated 4 link rear yesterday and man is it smooth over speed bumps and train tracks now. Can't wait to get it out in the desert in a couple weeks.

This is why you should pull the bump stop pads to get an accurate measure for your added bump stop plates.
the bump pads will completely compress when hit hard enough.

1.25” for gas jeeps will clear 37’s and “minor kissing” of the inner fenders.

So a 2.5" RC leveling kit upfront with a 1" spacer in the rear should be fine with 37x12.50 on my stock 20" HA wheels?
I like my gloss black 20s and don't plan on giving them up anytime soon, just a preference for me.

You'll be good to go! If you get any rub at full lock when turning you get either turn slightly less or adjust for that. Mine rubs the inner plastic fender at full lock on the passenger side. I can fix this in about 10 minutes but haven't felt the need.

I'm not a rock crawler or big time wheeler, but I do like the big tire with no lift look. Anyone out there running 37s on factory 20" High Altitude wheels?
I ran 37's on my Mojave. There was some rubbing when fully cranked. Guy at the shop took care of it. Also put in a small leveling kit. Gas mileage is fine (19 on the highway, 14.-16.5 around town). Rideability is fine. Looks absolutely amazing. Highly recommend it.

My Mojave before the spacers and bumper etc.. 37's went on with about 600 miles on the odometer.
