Crap like this is why the whole dealership and state laws on vehicle franchises was touted over a 100+ years ago.

@ShadowsPapa is right though, you cannot really make a dealership honor a warranty, that is a relationship between the franchisee and Stellantis. Federal law only comes into play if the dealership is denying warranty based on other factors the consumer has done, not that the dealership does not want to deal with it at all.

The problem is Stellantis will say that stealerships are independent. So, they have not control over what the stealerships do. If they decide not to do warranty work, Stellantis claims they cannot make them. It's 100% BS. But, these big corporations have decided that screwing over a few people is better for the bottom line than fixing their issues.
While true - the dealerships depend on ratings to get their spot in line. Too many negative reports and they end up at the end of the food chain.
So it can't hurt to do as some others such as JeepCode4 have mentioned - formal complaints.
Can't hurt to give them bad Google reviews, Facebook reviews if they have such a site/page, among others.

But it can't hurt to make sure you got the final word from the dealership, too - maybe that person had no right to make such comments. Maybe their boss would like to know...
You said "service advisor and manager" but do they have a boss?
Remind them that while a dealership can refuse to support what they sell - Jeep cannot and will hear about the refusal of the dealership. I'd not want them working on it after that, but at least nicely plant some reminders and suggestions.
Be polite and logical and tell them you realize they are independent and can refuse any work and refuse to supply parts - Jeep doesn't like bad reports and you understand their place in the food chain relies on them staying in good standing with Jeep.

Right - and the federal law would also only apply to Jeep otherwise - Jeep can't refuse coverage by saying "we no longer warrant diesel products".

yea, you're right. i'm just saying Stellantis has directly told this to people on standard unmodified vehicles. it's just crazy to me that this is where we are now. it's like we swung too far to the "customer is always right" nonsense. now, we are swinging all of the way the other direction to who gives a crap about the customer.

I just call Stellantis customer service, (1-800-992-1997) and they open a case number for me, and also they tell me "to go and get a second opinion " . I just went to a second dealership and put my name on a waiting list for the next open available tech so it can look at it. (7 to 10 business days).

thanks guys.... I was really depress and frustrated at the same time, what the Dealer Ship tell me. I was contemplating in trading the jeep for something else. ( no warranty ) But after I read all comments it was a relieved.

I am on precess of emailing Mr Steven Beahm. with case number....

once again tank you y'all

When has Stellantis actually directly told this to people on standard unmodified vehicles?
What example - I'm not recalling one right now.

The dealership is bound by a franchise agreement with the manufacturer. They can loose the franchise over this. (I doubt they will).

You got a signed contract, if they refuse warranty work then be done with them and go to another dealership. Definitely report them them but I wouldn't want a dealership who tries that crap even working on my jeep. Find one that will do the work because they got to do it or if Stellantis out right says they aren t doing the work then it's time to lawyer up and make them pay for the lawyer. A contract is what it is, binding by both parties until the terms have expired. I'd definitely report them and try Another dealership.

That is plain sorry.
I have run out of Jeep dealerships to use around here. Gonna have to branch out to East Texas. It's like they don't want to keep customers after the sale.

That would be on my mind - would I want anyone with that attitude working on my vehicle? No matter how minor?

Good. Let us know what happens. Executive emails are usually assigned to an exec assistant who reads and gets people on these things, so my guess is you’ll have a manager contact you shortly. All in all I think you’ll be able to get this sorted, it’s just a shame you had to apply any effort whatsoever ever.

Now for the dealer. Destroy them on social media, find out who the owner is and send him a email, then contact your local newspaper/press office and tell them you’ll go public and have reported them to stellantis corporate offices for contract negligence.

In todays time with 60% interest rates and cars sitting on lots for 8months, they only get away with this kinda crap, when no one does anything. Trust me, consumers still run the game, the smart ones anyway.

I don't get what is going on with parts and issues. Mine is in the shop waiting myself
Parts are still a problem. Now it's not quite so much supply chain as it is demand out-pacing production. No one wants to get hands dirty. Factory and trades jobs are largely unfilled. People want to work from home selling stuff on the internet. (I'm not guessing, I've been digging into it and new hires are demanding 80K starting pay, 5 hour work days, etc.)
