Not upgrading due to 24 refresh?

I've been on the fence with the refresh... What's your all's thoughts? I've got a 22 sport max tow that I've been super tempted to upgrade into a Rubicon or Mojave. .. got to say though the refresh is what's holding me back though. Seams like they only added even more complexity to an already complex vehicle. .. ... Any of you 24+ owners love the new features?

When i bought mine, both years were on the lots.

Thousands extra for a bigger screen, weird cloth dash I'd ruin, and a Renegade grille weren't doing it for me.

Nope. Also you end up losing money in the long run, unless someone gifted you your current truck or you bought it with lottery winnings or something

I just picked up a 2024 Mojave. With the additional 20% off from Jeep, I couldn't pass it up. Upgraded from a 2020 2 Door JL Rubicon.

The main draw for me was more interior space, so no change for you there. But the tech upgrade from 2020 to 2024 was quite large, so that and a few other creature comforts were my primary motivation.

Bought a 2025 last month and having owned a 2020, 2021 and 2022 Gladiator, it really is not that big of a leap in tech other than the Uconnect 5 system being way better over the older system.

On the 2024+ aside from the newer Uconnect 5, they just shifted around the already available tech into making some things standard where it was a package before.

There is nothing uncomfortable about transitioning to a 2024+ model from prior years.

Just had a 2025 wrangler as a rental. I hated the big screen, as I hate all big screens. The 2020-2024 is tolerable mostly because it's so compact and I don't have to go tapping all over. My initial impression when I got in was that it looked better, but when I turned the rental back in, my thought was "good riddance".

I have a 2020 Gladiator my wife has a 2024 Wrangler. The only few annoying things we've found is that due to the side curtain air bags many grab handles won't work, same for mesh tops. Though they are finally starting to show up on some sites. Her screen makes the USS Gerald Ford wince, however its has wireless Carplay, I'd take that as a win. Though I don't care for it myself, she is happy.

2024 has the large screen also.

My wife's '24 JL has a big screen and I hate it. Nice screen, but it's so big and bright I turn it off at night.

Yeah, I'm the opposite. The big screen and wireless CarPlay were big draws.

Side curtain airbags (Mopar has redesigned grab handles available for 2024-2025), and 0% financing for 36 months, plus the X package full time and part time 4WD, plus some other goodies. Not crazy about the power front seats - they are very comfortable but no memory seating. The bigger screen is too bright at night so I have to turn it down. Overall, I am very happy with my decision. Never would have done it if they weren't offering the 0% plus some discounts when I bought. 0% offering comes and goes so if that matters you may have to watch month to month for it to become available.

Also, you will find trade in values are not what they were a couple years ago.

Adaptive cruise control, side curtain airbags,blind spot monitoring, and the antenna is built into the front windshield....... Nothing crazy but mind you my current has manual windows and locks

Is wireless CarPlay only available with the technology package?
