I agree - they got involved in my tonneau cover dilemma (it sagged - badly) after two dealers said it was fine. They contacted a specialist who opened a case, I presented my info and case number to the dealer, along with pictures from great forum members, next thing I know - a new cover is ordered. It's fine now.Kudos to @JeepCares for their good help here.

Damn, that was the factory. Luckily I opened my hood the day after I bought and my hose was disconnected. I plugged it back in and sent my salesman an email about their PDI skills.Just had my first oil change done at a local Jiffy Lube. Truck is right at 6,000 miles. Manager there immediately pointed it out to me that the PCV hose was not connected. This had to have been factory sloppiness. It’s not a big deal, will hardly affect the engine performance. But still pretty bad to have a new truck get shipped out without this being connected. Y’all might want to check your trucks to make certain they are connected.
It’s by your VIN and the dealer may not even realize..not to defend them....they should know this...but you go on jeep wave site and put your vin in...boom you will see oil changes / tire rotations left etcWill check it tomorrow, going out tonight. Will be highly ticked off if they gave me bad info. Still have not heard back from @JeepCares but they may not work on weekends or today since it’s MLK Day.
I completely agree with you...I also completely agree with someone else doing it when it’s 16 outI mean, honestly that's a good point. Yesterday my oil life monitor on the dash went into the "red zone" at 4%. It was 16° outside with a breeze and the last thing I wanted to do was work on the Jeep, but it takes literally 5-10 minutes to do an oil change on these. This is the easiest vehicle a person will ever do an oil change on. You don't even need jack stands.
Crawl under, pop the drain plug, let oil drain into pan, while it's draining pop the oil filter cap off with a 24mm socket, swap oil filters, screw cap back on, now oil underneath is finished draining so pop the drain plug back in. Empty one 5 quart jug from Walmart into the fill port.
The oil is $14.88 for 5 quarts at Walmart now and testing has shown it's very good oil. Mopar 349 filter is $9.97 at Walmart. I got it done so fast that I didn't even really get chilled in the 16° breeze. And I know it was done right.
Unless a guy lives in an apartment complex that prohibits it, most of us should be changing our own oil. It helps a person learn basic mechanics if they don't have experience, and it bonds you with the Jeep. It also saves money and hassle.
Hey @Incommando the $150 is for an oil change AND a tire rotation. I suspect that the $39.95 that you refer to may be for just an oil change with normal oil (not a synthetic oil) or it’s just for a tire rotation. I doubt anyone will do both the oil change and a tire rotation for a total of just $38.95$150?????? $39.95 here

I do not think it is a thing in Canada. I remember this being asked on the JL side and it was a no for Canada.
