I'm confused. Why do you have a lifted Jeep and shop for off-road tires if you do not drive off-road?
I was going to rebuttal and point out that I have an SS Camaro that I don't ass haul in, but remembered I did to HDPE (high performance drivers ed) track day in it once 😂

I don't remove the doors or roof on mine...and never want to...

Anyway for the OP I don't have a lot to offer other than I have BFG K03's on my truck now and like them, and had K02's before that worked well.

I just got off the phone with Black Rhino. They said they can actually do the Arsenal or Armory in 20x9.5 with a +12mm offset. That actually helps a little. I think if I did 37x11.50 tires either Wildpeak R/T or Trail Grapplers, I would be somewhat close to what I have now as far as sticking out. I think I am going to do black rims this time, the Desert Tan ones faded really quick...

I want tires that last the longest but do not make a ton of noise… Not really sure I want the KO3s but...
My tire choices are-
Nitto Trail Grappler M/T 37x11.50R20 (36.77” - 77lbs)
Goodyear Wrangler Boulder M/T 37x12.5R20 (36.76” - 79lbs)
Toyo Open Country M/T 37x12.5R20 (36.77” - 85lbs)
BF Goodrich AT KO3 37x12.5R20 (36.5” - 67lbs)
Any experiences?
No, but I have doubts about the weight you have for the KO3s. This BFG page: 37x12.5R20 KO3 has them at 74.9 lbs.

For 37x11.5, you've already mentioned the Falken Wildpeak R/T, but here are some more all / mud terrains in that size: https://tiresize.com/tiresizes/37X11.50R20.htm

Many more choices in 37x12.5: https://tiresize.com/tiresizes/37X12.50R20.htm

I'm curious what your selection criteria was that narrowed down your short list to those four tires?

I don't think my Gobi JTR has ever been as clean as your JTM. ;)

I must have got the wrong weight for the KO3 off a random website.
I picked those tires based off of looks, and they are all good brands. I won’t buy old ball brands (like Kanari or Road One), I always had trouble with them staying in balance.
I found a company that still had some Black Rhino Arsenal 20x8.5 +30mm in stock (they are discontinued), they are just that 2-tone color. So I just bought 5 of them. As soon as they come in I have to get them powered coated. I am just not sure if I am going to get them powered coated black or the same color as my truck.
I think I want to go with the 37x11.50 so that I can keep the poke to a minimum.
I am learning towards the Nitto Trail Grapplers. Just wondering how they hold up compared to say the Toyo Open Country M/T… and if they will stay in balance.

I am upgrading from 35 to 37 this weekend from/to KO2's. I did consider the K03 because they did not weigh much more then the KO2 but I read the ride quality is a bit rough due to the sidewall thickness. I decided on the KO2 base on weight and its impact to over all performance and my driving style i.e. long road trips to Moab, Ouray... to wheel. The price was also much lower as well. It really depends on your driving style i.e. daily road easy trails or..? nice looking rig.

I am buying new wheels and tires.
Currently I have:
Black Rhino Armory 17x8 +30mm offset (they look great and almost no tire poke)
37x12.5 Kanati Mud Hog tires (they look great but the tires suck, they are extremely noisy and have a bad shat between 50 and 60MPH)

I am buying Black Rhino Arsenal 20x9.5 0mm offset (I would rather get the 20x9 Armory but they have -18mm offset and I want as little tire poke as possible)

Nitto Trail Grappler M/T 37x11.50R20 (36.77” - 77lbs)

Toyo Open Country M/T 37x12.5R20 (36.77” - 85lbs)
BF Goodrich AT KO3 37x12.5R20 (36.5” - 67lbs)

I would save my money on wheels, especially if they’re the color match ones in the picture at 17”. I would never go with a 20” wheel that won’t allow as tall a sidewall as the 17” will. They are both the wheels and 20” tires that go on are heavier and more expensive than 17”. Especially when going off road, a tall sidewall is better than ever. When airing down in sand or crawling over rocks. The 20” some think look better mall crawling. However it’s your money your choice.

As I have already stated in this thread, I never go off-road and I prefer the look of the 20” rim over the 17”...
I also just realized that Nitto makes a Trail Grappler in 38x11.50R20, so that might me a contender for a tire.

I picked up a set of 37x12.50 Firestone M/T2s last year. I admittedly have no clue if they make them in 20's, but the tires themselves have been surprisingly well-mannered and remained quiet on the road (at least in direct comparison to the Trail Grapplers we have on another of our trucks). Might at least be worth a quick Googling for size availability. Good luck.

I love those firestones. Unfortunately their 20” 37s are 13.5 wide and I am going the thinner route. How noisy are the Trail Grapplers you have on the other trucks?

Falken Wildpeak R/T 37x11.50R20 (36.80” - 75lbs - SW 11.70”)

Remember when people with 15" wheels badgered people with 17s? 😆

Yep. Hell I remember when people in my town were rolling on 44” tires on 15 inch rims...

Well, it may not be a relevant comparison considering they are on trucks that don't get driven/maintained in the same way or rotated as frequently as this Gladiator. That said, it was mainly balancing issues that snowballed into bad wear patterns, then things obviously got loud. FWIW, two sets were given to us as part of various promotions, and a third was replaced in full after a warranty claim over being "unbalanceable" so I can't really complain from a value perspective I guess. I don't think a lot of folks share my opinion though, I see them everywhere around here.

Yea ok but going even just a little bigger can affect the overall dynamics and especially mileage. Not only off road but especially on the highway. Say good by to any closer than to 19 mpg highway. 15 city. But that doesn’t mean much to a lot of owners out there.

I am one of those owners. I don't really track MPG in this truck, but when I happen to scroll through the dash menus and catch a glimpse of the current MPG it's nowhere near 19/15. I am guessing I would be lucky to see 14 avg combined, lmao. Maybe the auto trans does a better job choosing efficient gears than my left foot does on the clutch.
