We have a 2023 Gladiator High Altitude that came with LED lights. At jeep invasion Pigeon Forge we bought the Oracle flush mount taillights and installed them when we got back home. We pull a trailer regularly with it and the brake lights and turn signals work, but the running lights don't work. I changed the 4 way on the trailer and still doesn't work. We have a Tazer in it but haven't changed anything since it came with LED lights. Has anyone run into this or is it a coincidence and a Jeep problem?

Suggest you contact Oracle, I did when these were introduced and they are super responsive. Everything being plug and play, probably a CANBUS related culprit and the lights resistance.

So you do have a Tazer. Try this, select halogen, and then reselect LED. Do the 2 sleep cycles and a full reboot, or what ever they call it. I had LEDs but my issue was a bulb out. Resistors are not used. I selected Halogens then back to LEDs and 2 sleep cycles followed by a full reboot.

Did you use the resistors? I don't think you use them when you have factory LEDs.

I was hoping someone might know something to try with the tazer. Thank you for that info. Will try that and we did not use the resisters.

Look up the proper way to do the sleep cycles and full reboot. Don't skip it.

Please take a moment to fill out our online tech support request here. Maybe someone from that team would have a suggestion: https://www.oraclelights.com/pages/tech-support-form and someone from our technical department will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you!

Oracle responded through the Forum, I completed the form they sent to get someone to contact me and I never heard back from them. I called the customer service and the person I gave all the info to said they would call back or an engineer would call. I never received a call. Thank you for all of the help with the tazer but it turned out to be a blown fuse.

I will look into why there wasn't a response. Glad it was a "simple" fix.
