I just wanna thank @ORACLElights for the great warranty work.

I really don’t know how anything can have anything to say bad about them. They’re aces in my book.

getting a faulty tail light replaced was painless. Below is our conversation (I blocked out my address)

I own a medium size printing company.
I installed a set of these in August of 2022 and the left side has gone super dim, just like all these others. Exactly 2 years later? Problem is I can’t show a receipt because while they were new in the box, I bought them from a member here. Anyone know how to fix the issue, or are these just trash now?
Good question. I picked up my 22 JT in May and I'm in the same boat except mine are working flawlessly. But.....If I do have an issue... am I out of luck? @ORACLElights

I always recommend contacting our customer support team. They can often come up with a good solution even if out of warranty.

I just had my left flush taillight stop working. I contacted Oracle through their web site. Later that day, I was already getting my issue resolved. Had I checked my email sooner, it could have been done all in the day. Thanks Oracle for the quick response, and a special thanks to Mel.

I can also report that Oracle has responded to me very quickly and satisfactorily. Nice to see a company stand by a product and recognize the importance of customer service. Good job @ORACLElights

So I got these and out them in. I knew about the issues ahead of time and already had a Tazer for my tires and gear job so wasn't to worried about it. But I can't get these to work and as far as I know I've done everything I was supposed to.

I had factory leds so I unplugged the resistors and I went in my tazor to the led taillights and turned that off and back on about a dozen times now trying different things like turning it off and then back on then rebooting. Off and then on with no reboot. Off rebooting and then back on and rebooting and nothing works. It will reset them for when I start it back up but then after 10-15 seconds of the signal being on I get the signal out message and the fast blinking on the dash like I have a blown turn signal.

Was wondering if anyone had any other tips I may not have tried, also sent an email to oracle and awaiting a response. If I cant get a fix I'll just yank them out and go back to factory
I am on my second set of Oracles and am done. I am going back to OEM while I find another option. My first set was preordered before they even had them ready for distribution. One went with a bad connection, so I ordered a set and replaced the one. The other eventually went so I was on my second set fully installed. Today one went out again. 2021 with 60k miles.

I went back to OEM factory LEDs and never looked aftermarket again. its so nice having all the functions of the Blind Spot Warnings again and just not having to think about the lights

I previously posted about my issue with the Oracles, ie after 2 sets I had reinstalled the OEM taillights, in this thread. To their credit Oracle contacted me through the forum and gave me a new set of tail lights even though the first set was from the 10/2021 lot and the second 8/2022. Both well past the warranty period. So they do stand behind their product and have great customer service.

I'll echo that too. I was part of the original pre-order through the forum years back, and my right one had a couple diodes go out in it recently. They just required that I chop the wires on the old ones to destroy the bad set, and they shipped me new ones. Bummer to be without taillights for a week or so (luckily kept my OEMs), but otherwise solid service.

I really like these taillights and I can appreciate their great customer service. They really do look great, but for the price of these, why is something always going wrong with them? Customers getting 1, 2 sets and having things go wrong with them again. You would think that through the years their QC dept. would have gotten a handle on the known issues and now have a rock-solid product.
Or am I oversimplifying?
