When was this issue fixed? I am asking because maybe some people with the "new batch" fixed lights can chime in and tell everyone their experience...

Update:

@ORACLE Terry reached out, and helped tremendously with getting my right tail light fixed. Major shoutout to Brittany S. at @ORACLElights for exceptional professionalism & customer service. Taillight shipped same day.

I will update once the new one arrives & will run a test run.

Thank you again, Terry & Brittany.

Cheers ?

I’m confused, it may be helpful if Oracle would post which “batch” of lights were affected. I was part of the initial group buy when they were first released and had to switch back to my factory LEDs 5 months ago after my oracles got so dim it was dangerous.

This question has been asked before and never answered. It seems like Oracle is avoiding answering the question....
I suspect there are a lot more people being affected by these bad lights than are posting on here, Oracle is probably avoiding putting out what lights "were the bad batch" because even people who were out of warranty will come back to them if they had lights from "the bad batch", as they should. The other possibility is all the lights suck and there is no "bad batch", in that case they wouldn't be able to answer the question...

Have you reached out to customer support? I would recommend doing that even if you were a part of the initial group buy. There might be options for support.

See, still no answer publicly to what the "bad batch" dates are. Something just isn't right if a company avoids a simple question like that ...

I asked them about the connection for the bumper lights being way too tight and not wanting connect to the factory harness even with moderate pressure, there reply was to push harder ? I felt the only way I could have pushed harder was using a pair of channel locks and i wasn’t about to risk messing up the factory harness to do that. I’ve worked for an electric utility in the 4th or 5th largest city in the US “ depends on who you ask” for almost 30 years and know connections should be tight but not forced. I got in on the original buy for the lights and after they provided that “solution “ I put them back in the box and they are collecting dust in my garage.
