Yes, I also used jscan to enable.

These are the numbers I used when ordering all those months ago. Ignore the suffix letters - AC may turn to AD, AE may turn to AF. Don't worry about that part, just the number itself.

68299333AF - left Front Door Wiring harness

68307269AC - Exterior Door Handle (2)

68307272AD - Door Handle Cap (2)

68299332AE - right door wiring harness

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

With JScan you need to enable the passive entry,
turn on the UConnect passive entry setting,
and enable the appropriate antennas.

These are the changes, no matter which tool you use:

AP1 Left front > smart switch

AP2 right front > smart switch

Passive entry present > yes/ active

Passive entry CSM > yes/ active
Just did this yesterday, but realized I didn’t do the CSM. I assume that just adds the option to the radio to disable proximity? It seems to work fine, so I’m wondering if its with the trouble fighting with the sgw cables to add the programming? Thx

OK sweet and it came that fast? I was seeing 45 days everywhere.

I have a question for the community, as i am just getting started on this journey. Actually two questions.

Would it be normal to have only pin 16 and not 15? I just want to make sure I am looking at it right. It's a 2021 Gladiator Sport.

And my second question is. I just bought a Sahara 4xe, that has 3 handles for proximity. I really only need 2. Would I be able to remove the passenger handle and hanress and put it on my Gladiator?

Thanks again. Really excited about this.
My 2021 Sport S had both pins. I can't imagine why they'd leave only one of them out...

As to taking parts off of the Sahara and putting them on the Gladiator, look up the part numbers and see if they match.

I don't know why both pins would be there either. Can you point me in the right direction of what I do if both pins aren't there?

Yes I have power locks.
Well, then it looks like those schematic drawings aren't going to be of any use, as the power locks, according to those drawings, are supposed to be on pins 17 & 18, and you don't have 17 & 18.
You can try to install the Passive Entry system, but, since it looks like Jeep reconfigured the door connector, you may or may not have the needed wires from the door connector to the BCM, and they're certainly not on pins 15 & 16!
When did you get your JT? Is it a late-model-year 2021?

This doesn't sound good to me. Should I be concerned?

I've had my gladiator for around 1 year now.

Kevin,

I been reading thru..thanks for the help. I attached my pin here. It seems to me I only have 1 pin, number 16. Does that look right to you? I haven't come across anyone in the thread that I saw with 1 pin. I ordered the single door. I just want to make sure I am ordering everything I need.

Is this the connector attached to the body, or the connector attached to the door?

I just noticed something…
If I flip your picture so that it’s not a mirror image:

Everything looks much better!

Kevin
Meaning that it should be plug and play? Or am I still going to have issues?

Cant believe I didn't notice that, I did think it was odd that you had so many in pins on the right. Now it looks right, you're fine on the body side. All you need is the door harness and handles. Plug and play.
